    Repeat customer, just as good as last time

    Came back to Brentwood area for a visit to Webster University with family. Returning customer to SpringHill Suites and like last time, exceeded expectations. Great location, good parking, clean/updated room, decent breakfast, very helpful staff. I'll be a continued repeat customer when I return to this area.

    Parking was very limited

    It was difficult to find somewhere to park, but the motel was nice. The desk clerk was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and didn't seem to mind. He was very familiar with the area and able to give good directions, as well as recommend some good places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. They had amenities and snacks available in the lobby. If I return to this area I'll stay here again.

    Comfortable living room and bedroom set-up with small kitchenette

    Comfortable set-up with separate sitting area. Not a fan of the extra soft beds nor of the extra wide couch nor the shower door that only opens at one end (so you get cold water on you when you lean in to turn it on!). Otherwise very good and friendly, efficient front desk serving us breakfast and coffees during the pandemic. It's a bit hard to find tucked back from the street with a narrow entrance. Parking in the garage was easy and occasionally a few spots were open in front. Observing all pandemic precautions though wastepaper baskets should be bigger when you're not having the rooms cleaned. And is there any recycling in St Louis??

    A great choice

    We stayed at this hotel when we were in town for some tests my husband had at Barnes Jewish Hospital. It was easy to get to the hospital from the hotel and there are good eating choices close to the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk, J.C., was great! He was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and followed good protocols for COVID. We were very pleased with the hotel and would stay again.

    Solid Stay

    Enjoyed our two-night stay . The hotel is close to stores, restaurants, and the highway. COVID precautions were in effect, enforced, and didn't inconvenience us at all. Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional (shout-out to Walt; you're awesome). Our quiet, 2nd floor room had high ceilings, so we didn't feel cramped and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. Minor glitch: the serving tray bottom had not been thoroughly cleaned so the ottoman was dirty. We just didn't use it. Still, we would stay here again.
