  Friendly service

  Checked in Monday evening and was supposed to have a king bed suite. Ended up with 2 queens but no big deal, and Donna W. was super nice about it and even joked I could just push them together. We were greeted each evening and morning. Rooms were nice and clean. Did have a small leak in the window 2nd night during a rain storm but no major deal. Would still go back.

  Clean the refrigerator

  shocked to see previous guests leftovers in the room refrigerator. This should a basic room cleaning task when guests change. Coffee not ready before 4:30am - not conducive for early departures. Location good for St Charles or North & West St Louis county

  Another fine SpringHill!

  At SpringHill Suites, they are unfailingly polite, unfailingly pleasant and unfailingly helpful. At this one near the St. Louis airport, it was much the same. From check-in to checkout, the staff will do everything it can to make your stay a good one. When you ask about nearby eateries, many hotels will point and give you directions. This property has two stapled booklets, one for delivery and one for pickup or dining in. Our room wasn't the biggest I've stayed in, but it was clean and everything worked well. Overall, it was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was exactly what we've come to expect, tasty and filling. Overall, I'm giving it a very positive rating!

  Covid - no swimming, workout or breakfast

  Nice place but due to covid, breakfast is a yogurt and granola, no workout room and no swimming pool. I get it but with the low volumn of guests I think they could do the pool and weight room. Maybe breakfast burritos or something more substantial. Oh well

  Warning...near nuclear waste dump

  This is a typical nice hotel by Springhill Suites. Its close to the highway for easy access. The reason for the 3 stars is because its 2 miles from the superfund nuclear landfill and right across the street from an active landfill.
