  Mas de lo que esperabamos

  Este hotel definitivamente cubrio nuestras expectativas. No tiene que envidiar a ningun otro Marriott de ciudades mas grandes. La decoracion es muy distinta pero original. Las camas y ropas de cama de primera, todo totalmente moderno...Excelente uso de espacio. No tengo suficiente palabras para decir que tan satisfechos estuvimos por elegir este hotel.

  Disappointing for a Marriott property

  We normally always try to stay in Marriott properties. They are usually fairly consistent in what you get. This one is not a good property. First, let me say the staff was super friendly and helpful... I have no complaints as far as that goes. Beyond that, it was a HUGE disappointment. There were extra measures for COVID-19 in the lobby and with breakfast, but there wasn't even a basic level of cleaning in the rooms. I noticed one of the cups by the coffee station was opened. The lights by the beds actually had fingerprints on them. The bathroom barely had any toilet paper and there wasn't an extra roll, so we had to go and ask for one. The sliding glass at the desk had something splattered on it. And last but not least, the bed was very old and worn out. I was very grateful that I always carry a container of Clorox wipes in my car to clean up after my kids while traveling. I used those to wipe down and clean the surfaces in the room. We aren't terribly concerned with the COVID-19 pandemic and have been traveling without incident during this time. Most hotels we have stayed in have been exceptionally clean. I wasn't expecting a deep clean with carpet sanitization after each stay, but at least some minimal standard would have been nice. Also, the breakfast was a complete joke! Again, I get that COVID-19 doesn't allow for buffet breakfasts, but a danish and Nutrigrain bar shoved in a little bag... really Marriott? You want to charge a premium price for that? I expect so much more from a Marriott property. In comparison, we stayed at Kelly Inn in West Yellowstone the next night and the room was beyond clean and they had bagged breakfasts that were amazing and even a variety to choose from. We are returning to the area again in September and have already booked at another hotel for a cheaper price, as this Marriott was so incredibly disappointing.

  Nice hotel

  It is a nice hotel and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Everything is clean. The beds are comfortable, but the bathrooms have glass on the doors which hindered privacy. The hot tub and pool was nice, but it is close to a University which brought in a lot of large families so it was crowded.

  Staff was great. The rest was OK.

  Stayed here two nights. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. The lobby and very clean as was the pool area. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. No breakfast due to COVID. On the flip side the picture on our TV was so bad it was almost not watchable. Adjusting the fitting made no difference. The garbage in our room was full. The other couple with us had a room phone that was broken and their remote didnt work. The jets in the hot tub also didnt work.

  Nice visit

  We enjoyed our stay. Very easy to find and great freeway access. The rooms were comfortable and clean. All covid procedures were followed. Free parking. Great staff. They did not offer breakfast because of covid but that was OK. There are restaurants near the hotl.
