  Excelente opción para negocios.

  Este hotel representa una excelente opción para negocios. A unos pasos de HP Vancouver, rodeado de buenos restaurantes y comida rápida. Rápido acceso a Highways. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas, personal amable. El desayuno que incluye no es muy basto en variedad pero es de buena calidad y sabor. Muy recomendable !

  Not Returning

  The room itself wasn't bad. Our room was fairly noisy. We passed on the breakfast - not very appetizing. Breads were stale, coffee undrinkable, milk was warm. And the topper was the $10 charge for parking. COME ON!

  Don't Forget Anything in the Room - You Won't Get It Back!

  Whenever I've forgotten something at a Marriott property, it was always easy to just call the hotel and get the item back I forgot, sent to me or picking it up. But not this Marriott property. I left an item in my room and when I called to arrange to pick it up the same day I checked out, the front desk clerk wasn't willing to go check the room, and only wanted to leave a note for housekeeping. When I called back the next day, I was told that housekeeping 'did not find it'. I found that highly dubious! Their housekeeping failed in another area - we found dried food on the carpet right in front of the sofa! GROSS! Water was only luke warm - not ideal for winter :(( The parking fee charged by the hotel is nothing short of petty theft - the parking lot is a huge lot, shared by other businesses in the tech center.

  Overcharged and rude

  Stayed here and they charged me a deposit 3 times. And over charged me for all 4 nights. It was only suppose to be $59 a night. I got charged a deposit for 3 days in a row. The staff was not welcoming. I paid $700 for just 4 nights. And the house keeping would just push their way into my room especially when I didnt give consent. Worst stay ever.

  Be very aware. Rude, unprepared and insensitive

  Starting when I walked in. The young lady at check in desk greeted us with the rudest tone and words. Ive never been talked to like that at a hotel and I stay at hotels about 200 plus nights a year. Room was cold and heater was Broken. They did get me another room. One positive. Their had been a snow storm a few day before. I commented about their parking lot being so dangerous to even walk from your car. She said the couldnt do anything because their was no one to plow in the city. I pointed out the businesses all around them had plowed and perfect parking lots she didnt have any answers just excuses. I pointed out Home Depot down the street carries salt. She had. I thing but excuses. I went to the lobby shortly after check in to watch the staff. I was shocked. People were coming in to stay and they sold those peoples confirmed reservations. Families with small children. They were especially rude to the Asian people. Now lets talk about breakfast. Not much to talk about. Almost non existent. They ran out of food within an hour or so. Their excuse again was they were unprepared for the amount of people and due to the storm they couldnt get anything. Well two things here. 1 I pointed out there is a market across the road. 2 the storm was on a Friday this was a Tuesday. The storm didnt effect the credit card machines. Storm didnt keep them from taking your money! I sat back in the lobby in the morning. Watching. The only time the were nice was when they knew I was recording them on my cell phone. Then they were so incredibly over the top nice. Happiest people there were the one leaving. I would not stay there again. Youve been warned!
