  Muy a gusto

  El hotel esta en area suburbana muy bonita. La habitacion es muy amplia, con wifi, un comodo escritorio, cama king size excelente. El aire acondicionado algo ruidoso, pero tolerable. Todo muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. El desayuno de cortesia esta muy bien si uno no pretende una comida de lujo, pero tiene todo lo necesario: frutas frescas, cereales, huevos, panificados y bebidas. El personal es muy amable. No tiene restaurante, solo una pequeña tienda de alimentos envasados y congelados, lo cual es algo problematico si uno no dispone de auto, por que los restaurantes estan bastantes alejados salvo uno, el Carabba's. El precio es adecuado, el hotel es recomendable

  POOP SPLATTERS & FILTHY SHEETS

  I was traveling with my family. I had two rooms. As normal I take caution and wipe all hard surfaces with disinfecting wipes and spray disinfect and soft surfaces. I flipped back my sheets only to soiled sheets in two of the rooms. The stain measured approximately 8 inches long. There is no way a housekeeping could have missed this. Solid pillows that were grossly stained with yellow and brown rings. The pillows did not have pillow protectors. My room had POOP yes POOP SPLATTERS in the toilet as well as sticky looking dries urine stains under the toilet seat. Long and short hairs were all over the floor. A dirty paper plate was in the microwave. To Management I recommend retraining the housekeeping staff. Especially in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Its unfortunate three rooms had major issues. I could only imagine what the cleanliness of the other rooms are.

  Nice hotel

  My family and I stayed for 2 nights. The double suite was clean and big enough for a family of 4. TV was a nice size. Breakfast was as good as could be with Covid. Pool is closed at this time. The only negative was the lobby could of been a little more clean. Would definitely stay again.

  One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in

  This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The floors are stained, the couch cushions are torn and dirty, the keys they gave us stopped working after one night, and there were guests having a party throughout the night (they finally dialed it back at 4am) and management did nothing. We stayed two nights for a softball tournament. There was no maid service. We had to go and ask for towels - we only started with 3 - and since they didnt clean the room at all that didnt last very long with a family of 4. The beds were tiny, and since the couch looked like something out of a horror movie, that was not an option. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

  One of the worst hotels and dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in.

  The lobby looks nice and semi-modern upon checking in but looks can be deceiving. We were immediately told that they don't have a King Size bed available, eventhough we booked one in advance, so we had to settle for two small twins. The room was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. Stains all over the rugs. Beds are old and worn out and walls are paper thin, so thin in fact that tou can here the ring-tone of people makes calls in the adjacent room. The pull-out sofa coach is covered in grease and dirt. It looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in years. It's in such poor condition that the whole thing is caving in on one side. Kids are allowed to run up and down the hallways screaming at all hours and the hotel does nothing to stop it. We woke up at around 2am to the smell of heavy Marijuana smoke. It was everywhere. The whole hall way was so smokey that you could see it in the air. They apparently allow guests to smoke pot there. This seems to be an issue at a lot of Marriott hotels lately. Unfortunately they seem to be very lax with their no-smoking policies. It gave us both massive headaches and made us physically sick and nauseous, so we decided to leave in the middle of the night and go to a better hotel. This hotel is absolutely disgusting, and run down and is in need of an immediate renovation. I can't believe it's a Marriott hotel!
