  Shuttle Service a Real Bonus

  The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. The room itself was comfortable, and the breakfast was well appointed. The shuttle service was the best part of staying there, though. Free drop off and pick up within 2 miles of the hotel until 11pm. I was in town for a conference, and this made all the difference. The valets who drove the shuttle were great and friendly and prompt. Special shout out to Evan who drove a bunch of librarians around all day for a whole week and was unfailingly friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

  Long kid-free weekend in Nashville

  My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend for a friends 50th birthday trip and I must say I loved the hotel. Its in a great location thats not too far from the strip and was themed nicely. It also had a great breakfast every morning. We used Uber to get downtown but you could easily walk too.

  Valet/ shuttle convenience

  Khalil and Evan were so efficient and helpful on the shuttle. They made our stay! The rooms were clean and overall a fantastic staff. They were all great employees that were nice and accommodating to every request.

  Evan and his shuttle service team were amazing!

  I stayed at this hotel to attend a nearby Berkshire Hathaway convention. Excellent service, great room, and super clean. Having a complimentary breakfast was convenient before hitting 8 hours + of convention time. We enjoyed the live music Monday night too! The shuttle service was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend this hotel!

  Shuttle service to and from attractions!!

  Nashville is HOT in September and the streets are a hell to navigate. This hotel offered a drop off and pick up shuttle service to nearby attractions and addresses and saved us a LOT of hassle. If it had been cooler and we had more time, we could have walked around the city more than we did but what a relief to find a place that offered this service. We had a quite stay here. It was clean, located in central area to the attractions we wanted to see and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We did have one day where the water was shut off for several hours but this was a fluke. Breakfast was standard for the Marriott chain. One night, we actually had time to sit at the hotel bar and talk with the bartender and other tourists and that was a lot of fun. I had a Shirley Temple...did not drink at all that day...and still managed to take a nose dive in front of Tootsie's World Famous Orchid Lounge later that night. This was an enjoyable hotel made more than a chain by the exceptional Staff.
