  Excelente opción para quedarse en Napa ya que no es tan costoso y está bien ubicado. Todos los hoteles de esta cadena tienen lo necesario para tener una estancia confortable y recomendable. La piscina estaba genial a pesar del frío que hacía en la época, buena atención, desayuno bien completo. Ninguna queja.

  Excelente opción si visitas Napa

  Este hotel tiene una muy buena infraestructura, un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad pero muy accesible por auto. El personal hizo de nuestra estadía memorable, y solucionaron unos problemas que tuvimos con las habitaciones inmediatamente. El desayuno es muy bueno y diverso así que definitivamente volvería a este hotel.

  Buena opción en Napa

  Fui de negocios y me aloje en este hotel, es marriot, bastante bueno con todos los servicios que necesitas para una buena estadía. Queda a las afueras de la ciudad pero es bastante acogedor. Tiene un restaurante bastante básico pero decente, buena piscina y cercano a viñas de la zona.

  El hotel está en buenas condiciones , tiene piscina gym y desayuno incluido , que es una ventaja aquí en napa que todo está desperdigado Las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas todo sirve, los ameneties muy buenos Muy silencioso , personal amable y cordial Felicitaciones

  Met My Expectations For A Typical Springhill Suites

  My wife and I spent 4 nights over a long weekend in early March 2021 in Room 218, which had a nice view of the pool (closed due COVID-19) and hills in the distance above other buildings. We asked for a room facing the inner courtyard and were told that only King Bed rooms faced the courtyard. Rooms with 2 full beds face the exterior, which can be noisy due to both road noise and buildings under construction. We were pleased with the room which was split into 2 areas divided by a half-wall. The King Bed had 4 pillows (rather thin, could use upgrading) and two small night stand tables with drawer. In the closet were wooden hangers plus a spare blanket and pillow. An alarm clock with USB and 2 electric outlets was also provided. The living room had a desk and desk chair and a lamp with 2 USB recharging outlets. There was also a couch, labeled "West Elm," which converts into a single bed; it also has a trundle bed that rolls from the bottom, providing sleeping options for 2 more people. There is a small sink area with a microwave and mini-frig (but no coffeemaker). The mini-frig had 2 little buttons, "Quick Freeze' (green) and "Snooze" (yellow), which a very helpful desk clerk, Joselyn, explained was to increase the temperature toward "freezing" temporarily if desired (as there is no separate freezer area). The breakfast hours were quite long but, under COVID-19, the "grab 'n go" offerings limited. Each day there juices, yogurts, & coffee for self-serve; at the desk you could request granola bar, cellophane-wrapped muffin, and oatmeal packet + Styrofoam bowl (to be heated in the room microwave). There is a pantry with a limited selection of items for sale (including bottles of wine). The grounds were pleasantly landscaped, basic WIFI free and fast for basic web surfing, abundant free parking with multiple elevators serving 3 floors, and the windows open partially for fresh air. The TV remote was wrapped in a plastic bag in the room; hand sanitizers are placed at the entrances and next to the elevators plus a sealed packet of 5 sanitary wipes in the room. Shower toiletries are bulk dispensers on the walls with the exception of one wrapped bar of soap. Under COVID-19, there is no daily housekeeping except upon request by special arrangement; many left their trash and recycling baskets out in the hallway for daily maid pickup. If you are looking for a romantic location with full service in Wine Country, this is NOT the place; it is located in a warehouse/light industrial neighborhood between VERY BUSY Hwy 29 and the Napa Airport, with the Sheriff's office very close by. A lot of building construction means big truck and construction equipment noise for rooms facing the exterior of the building. The interior was not too bad, tho even there the Hwy 29 road noise competed with nearby birds when we opened the window each morning. A car is a MUST to get anywhere, although the desk can provide you with a list of pizza places toward American Canyon ... and other restaurants ... that deliver (or offer discounts for hotel guests). TV offers basic cable but not some sports stations we wanted (Fox Sports, CBS Sports); just the basic ESPN and NBC sports, I seem to recall). Other reviewers have mentioned it being dirty but we found it perfectly clean and consistent with the Springhill Suites brand of practical, 3.5 star accommodations that we enjoy (similar to Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express).
