  Do not stay here. Old, tired out, dirty rooms, and the TV is in between the couch area and TV making it impossible to watch TV. Stayed here during some sort of family reunion function and the guests were beyond loud, not following and social distancing procedures, and management did nothing about it. The elevators feel like they are hanging by a thread. Would never ever stay here.

  Time for an update

  Rooms are clean but tired. Towels are ready to get passed along to Motel 6. One small bar of soap for the bath. No freezer in fridge. No indication that the room jas been sanitized. Lots of kids who have parents that forgot we were in a pandemic. Staff pleasant. Biggest disappointment since I figured this would be the best hotel in town. Oh, and the HVAC must be comtrolled from the unit, never cycles off.

  What youd expect from a lower tier Marriott brand

  Pros - Room was clean - Staff was friendly and attentive - Price was low - Bed was comfortable - Bathroom was updated Cons - Room layout was strange (TV in the middle of bed and sofa) - AC controls on unit instead of wall thermostat and were not accurate (hard to keep room cool at night even though outside temps were not hot) - Mini fridge but no freezer - Ice machine on 3rd floor broken - Indoor Pool not heated and relatively cold - Some loud guests in hallway during early morning hours - While modestly updated, the room furniture was dated and shows wear - Only the basic toiletries (soap/shampoo/conditioner) Would stay again but dont expect all the bells and whistles of a higher category Marriott.

  Awful.. Will not stay here again

  A/C didn't cool. Busted toilet seat. Extremely dim lighting. Shelves in the market area were nearly empty. I would give this property less than 1 out of 5 if I could. It couldn't deliver on the basic purpose of a hotel, which is to deliver a restful night's sleep.

  Never a bad stay

  Where do I begin, so against my better judgement I booked at the Hilton Garden up the street.... I was absolutely devastated, I immediately jumped on the phone and called where I stay when I come to visit family for holidays. And the girls in the front told me they had a room open for me and my son. By the time I arrived, I had worked all day, drove an hour to get there, dealt with the other hotel and I told them I was there to bury my brother whom I lost In a car accident. They were absolutely amazing and gave me a bereavement price. The customer service here has never disappointed me, and I will continue to stay here as long as there's a family holiday, In fact I actually added an extra night so that I wouldn't have to drive home after the funeral. Thank you Spring Hill Suites for another fantastic stay. I checked in on October 15 if you would like to thank the two young ladies who was scheduled to work that night.
