  1 night stay

  Have stayed here before. They are always very friendly. Also very accommodating with where we wanted our room. Great beds very comfortable and rooms nice and clean. Great parking and close to lots of restaurants.

  Nasty rooms

  First room we were given had a pot and smoke smell so bad we were moved. The 2nd room had pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. We did complain to the manager and he had our room cleaned but these pics are from After they cleaned. We got one room cleaning the entire stay in 5 days. There was no free breakfast like indicated not even grab and go. The lobby had not been vacuumed on who know how long see the toe nail clippings even on the floor of the hotel lobby! Cars were on blocks and missing tires and wires with signs that says users assume all risks. The manager Brendon or Brandon also said hed give us a night refunded but that hasnt happened either. If this is how clean it is during the COVID crisis I couldnt imagine what its like when they arent supposed to be super clean I wont return! We were also only given 2 bath towel sets - we were there for 5 nights.

  This is a great hotel we have stayed at previously.

  Always count on Springhill for exceptional rooms and service. Comfortable beds, large quiet room that felt very well cleaned and sanitized. They had morning coffee service, but no breakfast. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa. Also had a refrigerator and microwave.

  Very dark hotel

  We stayed at this hotel one night prior to flying to the Dominican republic. To start off the front desk staff and the shuttle driver were very friendly and helpful. We checked in, went up to our room which was two king bed two room suite. One of the king beds was in a closed off bedroom and the other one was just behind a partial wall. The room was so dark, even with floor lamps. The lighting was very poor. When it was time to go to sleep the refrigerator was so loud and there was one light on over the refrigerator that we couldnt shut off so it kept us awake all night as we were sleeping in the bed behind the partial wall. In the morning I got up to use the gym. There was no cleaning supplies in the gym to wipe down your equipment. The one treadmill they had open was very junky and in need of a lot of service. All of the weights and other equipment had been taken out of the room, supposedly due to Covid but the room itself didnt look like it had been cleaned in weeks. And if they wouldve had cleaning spray bottles and paper towels in there people couldve wiped down their own equipment before and after use instead of just taking all the equipment out of there. There were not even sweat towels for people to be able to use. I would never choose this hotel to stay at again when theres many other options in the same area

  Nasty hotel

  I attached the pictures of what awaits in my room from this hotel. I was told I will received some points. I did not get it. The hotel is nasty. Granted I was moved to another room. The sink is full of hair when I got there, the toilet is clogged. I guess its an upgrade if you are a titanium elite. I will never stay in this hotel nor recommend it anyone. Gladly I stayed only one night. I hope Marriott see this post. I will also post this in the bonvoy page in FB.
