    One of The Best Springhills in the US

    I've stayed at many,many Springhill Suites in my tenure while attainment of my Life-time Titanium level with Marriott. The staff at the Milwaukee Downtown were among the best I've ever experienced. The Front Desk Supervisor(?) Shyesha was extremely pleasant and extremely helpful with suggestions and directions! The Breakfast Team and Valet's were also top notch! I will stay here again my next trip to Milwaukee. TimR

    Excellent location with clean and comfortable rooms

    First time staying at this property for a 3-night business trip. The location is excellent in downtown, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I would book this property again for meetings in Milwaukee.

    Milwaukee Springhill Suites

    Springhill Suites was centrally located and a great place to stay. We were there in October 2019. We especially loved having Docs downstairs. Cant wait to visit Milwaukee again and stay at Springhill Suites.

    A comfortable stay, with a hitch

    I just stayed at Milwaukee's SpringHill Suites hotel. The stay itself was fine--a spacious, well-equipped (albeit dark) spotless room and good bathroom . The breakfast was disappointing, but not the hotel's fault: the pandemic closed the hotel's kitchen, making the usual breakfast impossible. Instead, we got a plastic box containing a gummy bagel, a flavorless apple, and a small fig newton-like bar. The coffee in the urns was quite good, suggesting that, when things get back to normal, the quality of the breakfast will improve. My only real complaint is that if you prepay with a debit card , the hotel blocks the card's account during the stay, making it unusable. Since the restaurant was closed, I was unable to pay for dinner, either at the restaurant (not many of those at the moment) or via on-line delivery service, both of which require a card. Cash was useless, since downtown restaurants are currently only accepting plastic to reduce contact, and online only accepts credit or debit cards. All I could have was a small frozen lo-cal lasagna to microwave in the room and a beer, purchased at the "Market" in the lobby, both of which items could be placed on my room bill. This blocking of debit cards may have become standard practice (it wasn't when I last stayed in a hotel, a Holiday Inn Express last year) or it may only Marriott hotels doing it. In either case, I don't like it. But for the card matter, I would have given the hotel 5 stars for its rooms and good staff.

    Beautiful tidy hotel very friendly staff lots of nearby restaurants and attractions they have a nice zoo and children's museum within 15mins my daughter and I will be back we really enjoyed the convenience and professional staff
