  Genial estancia de fin de semana

  Excelente relación calidad - precio, en un ambiente muy agradable y cuidado (muy limpio y contemporáneo), y con una atención magnífica, amable y profesional por parte del personal del hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias, con una decoración y mobiliario moderno y con un diseño contemporáneo, todo estaba nuevo. El desayuno es muy rico y con gran variedad, ¡con máquina para hacerte tus gofres! una maravilla. Con piscina y jacuzzi climatizado, con una amplia zona de aparcamiento. Tiene un vestíbulo muy amable, y amplio, con posibilidad de tomar una cervezas/refrescos, que te venden en recepción. Aunque está situado en medio de la nada, tiene al lado un restaurante bastante agradable. Cualquier cosa que necesites, tienes que usar el coche. Perfectamente adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida/usuarios de silla de ruedas. Os lo recomiendo.

  Clean and fresh hotel

  My husband and I stayed here for one night as we traveled through California. The hotel was clean. The room had a couch and a large flat screen tv. Comfortable bed and a desk. It also had a coffee maker/ kitchen sink/ microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom had all the usual amenities. The hotel staff was Friendly and check in was quick. There is a restaurant next door. We had a lovely stay!

  Management is insufficient

  With covid19 circulating I would expect a heightened awareness of cleanliness. Not the case here. The pull out bed obviously had not had the sheets changed as it had several large pieces of some food substances on it. The one good thing was how hard the night clerk tried to make things right. After new sheets where brought up we began to try and settle in tuned on the TV and it was glitching on all the channels I tried. Was told that there was nothing they could do and they had no other rooms available. Once back in the room I went to get a glass for water and to my disgust it looked as if they had not been cleaned either. Finally just went to bed. Oh forgot they had no extra towels available for the pool and housekeeping gets locked at night so he had to take towels from another room. That morning we went down for breakfast, due to Covid there was no continental but we were told they would have a bagged breakfast we could pick up in the morning up until 9am. I went down with my daughter at 830am and was told that they had run out earlier but we could buy from there pantry. I was and I asked for a manager and was told that they don't work weekends I asked to call a manager and was told they are not allowed to be bothered. I left a message for the manager to call me first thing Monday morning, the next day, and was told the note would be left as well as an email sent. We'll it is Monday at 430pm and no call. I called and asked for a manager and was told she had already stepped out for the day. The clerk did see the not that was left and said that the manager had seen the note and was aware of my problems and request to call but I guess it wasn't worth bothering with calling me back. I was transferred to her voice mail this time so let's see if she cares enough to call this time........ Do not stay here! Except for the clerk who was extremely nice and helpful to the small extent he was allowed this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and the managers lack of caring and disregard for me is absolutely terrible customer care.

  Service fell off a cliff

  The hotel is visually appealing, and rooms are pleasantly appointed and comfortable. On the morning I requested a grab and go breakfast at front desk. The girl hands me a bag which had clearly been opened already. I looked inside, and the juice was gone. I asked the girl and<=, Oh, there.isnt any juice today! From sheepish look, I assumed she had consumed it. Arrived back after 5 PM. No maid service, so I asked for towels and cups. Housekeeping has left for the day, and I dont have access to the storeroom. This response came after promises at checkin to just ask for anything you need. No sign of any management during entire 3 night stay. Conspicuous signs announcing ownership change, so I guess they just dont care. My 3 rating is a real gift.

  Dont waste your money

  Other than being clean, this place is an extreme disappointment. Sketchy area, unfriendly staff, hard beds, slow WiFi, pool closes at 6 pm (seriously?!?) sugary, carb laden, cold grab and go breakfast. Weve stayed at many places recently that at least offered a breakfast sandwich or burrito ... not here. Bagel and cold cereal. For what you pay, a terrible value.
