  Not the Best

  We had several issues during our stay at this property. The initial front desk agent who checked is on was pleasant. We were staying three nights. Later when we had to return to the front desk because of a billing issue, the woman who appeared to be the Front Desk Manager was there and both of the women had attitudes that were no longer friendly. Our issue was small but they treated my wife with an improper amount of respect. Our room had an odor that smelled like an animal had urinated in it and it had not been cleaned up properly. We bought air fresher and also kept the window open during the day just to make the stay possible. Next, our key cards did not work. When we first got to our room one key card could not open the door at all and the other only after several attempts. The next time we returned neither would work. The room was in my wifes name and so she returned to the front desk to get new key cards. She came back and they still would not work. She returned to the front desk and they relayed the cards. She returned and they still would not work. We were now in a hurry because. We needed to get into our room to get dressed for a wedding 30 minutes away. A maintainence employee came and let my son and I into the room with a master key card. He didnt ask for id but we were in such a hurry we just went with it. The front desk again rekeyed the cards before we left. When we returned that night - you guessed it - the cards still didnt work. After another trip to the front desk we were told the cards were shot and we got new ones that finally worked. On the first night my son was preparing the sofa bed and we gave him a pillow from one of the queen beds. As he laid it down he discovered that it had a giant mold stain on it. Gross. See the picture. We left the pillow out with the stain showing when we left the next day. Housekeeping made the bed and then just returned the moldy pillow to the bed. At least that day we got housekeeping service. The third day our room was never touched by an employee. We had to call to get fresh towels. (These did come quickly). There were just too many things wrong with this stay. I would recommend you stay at one of the other hotels nearby but pass this one up.

  Disgusting

  I use Marriot hotels every other week for work travel. This is the first time Ive ever reviewed in years using Marriot. Simply my room was disgusting. The smell was awful. The sheets had stains. There was hair everywhere. The breakfast was awful. It actually kinda makes me want to use my points and move on to another chain.

  It is a clean hotel and staff is friendly. It is obvious the owners spend as little as possible, and not investing in the property. The bedding is very thin, the mattresses sag and the clock radio only charges your iPod from 2008. The location isnt great for fast casual restaurants.

  Quick stay for soccer

  Friendly staff-helpful and ok with kids. Clean living space including beds and bath. A few areas that could be updated (marks in hallways and ceiling crack) but pretty good for the price. Good for soccer tourney weekend.

  Nothing to wow you

  Getting a little long in the tooth. Old style room. Sink in bathroom was cracked. I hate tub/showers but considering the age of the hotel that was what I expected and got. Couch was extremely uncomfortable and tv placement was odd. Never did figure out how to watch from the bed. Bed was comfortable and value was good. Front desk was not always staffed. The one time I stopped, I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out of the office
