  Very clean and modern hotel!

  This is a very clean and modern hotel with great customer service! Michelle at the front desk was so helpful. We were traveling for a swim meet and it is actually easier to just leave car at the hotel and walk across the street to the pool verses parking in the pool parking garage and having to arrive super early to get a space. It was VERY cold out during our stay and I can't wait until we come back in the summer because this general area has so many great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. They layout and general design of the room in brilliant. The square footage is super big but the way they arranged it give you a bigger more open feel. Clean is my #1 priority and it was super clean. #2 is comfy beds and the beds and pillows are so comfy! It also is a very quiet hotel which makes for a better nights sleep. When in Lenexa, this is our hotel we will always stay at!

  Not family friendly.

  Not family friendly. Had a king bed w a pull out couch which we thought would be fine. The pull out couch is a twin trundle that rolls out on the floor from under the couch. Not a sofa bed. The bathroom door was in front of king bed. It was fogged glass. So when someone goes to the bathroom in the night its like car lights shine over the bed. Pool was the smallest hotel pool I have ever seen. This hotel is probably good for a solo traveler but rooms way to small for 4.

  Mid-West Helpful

  This has become my 'go to' place to stay in Kansas City. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is very clean. The printer works when I need it. The guest rooms are well laid out, as in other SpringHill suites. Comfortable bed, slip-free shower. The lobby is a nice area to have a snack. Before COVID, there was a nicely stocked bar. I'm sure that will resume once restrictions are lifted. I've recently begun reserving meeting room space there. Their Director of Sales & Marketing, Aaron, is very helpful and accommodating. I truly feel like they appreciate my business. Re: the area, the coffee shop next door has fantastic coffee. It's a nice place to walk, with a park down the street. Parking in the pack is ample. Feels like home away from home.

  Tiny Pool!

  We were driving through Kansas City and needed a place to crash for the night, and this place fit great for 5 people. But when we went to the pool, at first I thought it was a hot tub! But the temperature of the pool was fine. In total, a pretty nice place, except for the pool.

  Needs some tweaking.

  The hotel was comfortable, roomy, nice linens, pleasantly decorated, clean. However, it was bitterly cold out, and the blower blew cold air once the heater came up to temp in the room. My husband ended up on the couch after trying several times to just turn the darn thing off.
