  Great stay!

  Enjoyed staying here over last weekend. Beautiful hotel and super staff! With nice safety measures - there were even disinfectant wipes in the suite! Thank you Springhill Suites Kalispell! Much appreciated!

  Overnight getaway

  My husband and I recently stayed on room 226. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean which I really appreciate. The staff at the front desk was so helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay. The only reason I can't give a 5 star is that this room had one of the worst beds I've ever slept in. If you prefer rock hard beds (which I do not) then this bed is for you. I, however, woke up with back pain.

  Sweet staff

  Ive stayed here multiple times recently and have been pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean and the staff are very nice. DeeDee, the breakfast waitress is soo sweet to everyone she interacts with and she serves the best breakfast with a smile. One of my favorite hotel stays!

  Stay here!

  I never write reviews but when an experience is exceptional it needs to be noticed! To start this hotel is very nice. Its comfortable, clean and feels brand new. They have a great gym and the staff is amazing. What really makes it feel like an exceptional stay is the breakfast. Dede runs their breakfast program and it is wonderful. There are so many good healthy and delicious options. She has also stayed open through this entire pandemic and for someone who is an essential worker and still has to be taking these trips it makes all the difference in the world to get a good start on your day! So thank you Dede, I look forward to being back!

  Zero sleep and no breakfast.

  My travel profile says that I prefer a room on the highest floor that is quiet. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor directly facing the road. When I asked about this in the app ahead of time I was told that that was the only room available but that it was quiet so I decided to try. The app would not open the room so I had to go back to the lobby for an actual key. After trying the room and realizing that the hvac would not allow a constant fan I messaged the front desk and asked for assistance. She offered to move me to the 4th floor. Apparently she thought that it was hilarious to put me in a room directly over the mechanical system for the entire hotel. I thought that there was a helicopter hovering over my room. Despite earplugs and white noise I was awake for several hours during the night. Guess that is what I get for asking for a quiet room. As I walked by the breakfast area I was laughed at for wearing a mask. I was not comfortable and I left. Now buying myself coffee and breakfast that was supposed to be free. Wrote this freezing in my car, I had planned to warm up my car while I ate.
