  Newer property in a good location near river.

  Stayed a night on the way back from Yellowstone area this past week. Property looks recent as it is clean and has fresh styling. Location is good next to a Residence Inn and the riverwalk (very nice walking area). Check in was clunky with confusion regarding mobile check in and platinum benefits that was cleared up with the manager. Room is nice with space utilization really well executed. Breakfast was spartan with a wait in line process due to distancing that hopefully will return to normal soon.

  Nice

  Nice hotel, friendly staff, but some things could've been better. Room is spacious, and beds clean. There was a sofa in the room, that was covered in stains. I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it at all. Breakfast was also very disappointing. They offered coffee and muffins.. and used Covid as an excuse. Would've been acceptable if they provided lower rates.

  New Nice Hotel

  Stayed 2 nights and use my Marriott Certificates. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pretty consistent with our other stays this week of travel with the EXCEPTION to breakfast. The other Marriott properties modified theirs as well however; this one modified to a point we felt like COVID was used as an excuse to provide breakfast. Very limited with choices. It could have been done better considering we saw it done better though out the week. Wishing we had next door at the Residence Inn instead. Maybe their breakfast would have been better, maybe not. If not, then I would suggest Marriott to provide some type of guidance with consistency. Otherwise this would have been a great review. Beautiful city. We enjoyed venturing out until we headed back to TN.

  Nothing nice to say

  Exhausted from a long day of travel- thrilled to finally get to a place with a room to relax and bed down.... only to be told I wasnt welcome due to my not wearing a mask. I was at the front desk, aware of at least two other people sitting in the lobby- not wearing masks. I just wanted to get to a room and sleep, alas, I was not welcome to do so.

  Valentines Trip

  No PARKING! TINY hot tub ....After staying in two newly built Springhill suites this month and having had no parking at either one...I think its a BRAND issue...Springhills by Marriott are not building enough parking to accommodate all guests. Certainly they were busy, but definitely not sold out. There is not enough parking for more than 2/3 of the registered guests to park. The pool and hot tub are RIDICULOUSLY small!
