  Buena Opción, Moderna, Limpia y buen Precio...

  Es un hotel ubicado en la zona de "Providence", con los servicios Básicos, pero nuevo y muy práctico. El desayuno es mínima opción pero más amplia variedad que hoteles similares; y el precio muy bien para la calidad Brindada. En conclusión, es un hotel bien ubicado, nuevo, limpio y con buenas instalaciones. No recomiendo más de una semana la estadía, ya que no está preparado para eso; pero muy práctico. Recomendable para estancias cortas, de trabajo etc.

  Wonderful location

  Loved this hotel !!! It was so clean with modern, new furniture. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional.It is within walking distance to so many restaurants. I can't wait to stay there again.

  Nice hotel, Nice area, Needs a deep carpet cleaning

  We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. This is a little newer hotel in an area with good shopping and lots of options for eating. The rooms are normal for Springhill suites. The bed was excellent. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and a nice size bathroom and shower. We had a king suite and it had a good sitting area for eating and watching TV. The room was clean but the carpet was not clean in the room or in the halls. We just kept our shoes on. The air was really cold and we liked that, but the control in the room didn't work so if we wanted it a different temp, we couldn't do it. The gym is good size with lots of equipment. The breakfast was ok, for being during covid. All the food was pre-prepared and individually wrapped. It wasn't anything special, but it was ok for a hotel breakfast. There were lots of options and that was good. The staff all wore masks and they were required in the hotel. We got breakfast and went to our room to warm it up and eat since there were tables and a microwave and fridge in the room. I would stay here again.

  Funeral Stay Made Better Because of This Hotel

  I dont know that I have ever stayed at a better chain Marriott property than this one. The location is awesome- safe, ample free parking, and walking distance to cute little bars and restaurants when the time is right. Everything about the hotel was sparkling clean, the lobby pantry/shop was always well-stocked, and the customer service could not have been better. Every single person at the front desk greeted us every time we came in and provided suggestions, advice, and great conversation. Housekeeping and other employees we encountered in the halls or lobby were equally friendly. Also, everyone was masked, the hotel was not crowded, and social distancing was maintained. We were there, sadly, for a funeral, and they could not have been nicer and even offered us a free drink. Anything we needed, they provided quickly and with a smile. Truly have not experienced kinder, more attentive staff or a nicer property in a better location. We actually transferred here after a bad experience at another property in town and it turned our weekend around. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Great hotel in the time of COVID-19

  I will keep this review brief. I traveled to Huntsville, AL, for business in October and November 2020. I stayed at the SpringHill Suites at Research Park both times. I had the same experience each time...outstanding and clean! I was pleased with the safety measures that the hotel has implemented to reduce the risk of catching COVID-19. The hotel provides wipes and gloves at high touch points in the hotel (entrance, elevator, coffee and food stations, front desk, etc.), packaged breakfast items in plastic, no and limits entrance to the hotel only to guests. I felt comfortable in the hotel during each stay. I was pleased with the safety protocols in place and that were followed by the staff. Plus, being within walking distance of restaurants endeared me to this hotel. I highly recommend the SpringHill Suites Research Park.
