  Great Experience

  Awesome staff, breakfast was pretty good, rooms were nice and very clean. The setup in the room was great, good price, didn't get a chance to get in pool but will definitely go next time around. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to come here.

  Newer, but not clean

  I stayed here in February 2020 for one night. Staff was friendly, lobby bright, good exercise equipment, convenient to highway. But the room wasnt clean... the shower didnt have any conditioner in the dispenser and the previous guests take out containers were still in the refrigerator! One coffee Reg and one decaf coffee packet for a two-bed room is not sufficient. As I checked out, the woman in line ahead of me was complaining of her rooms maintenance, burned out bulbs, etc. breakfast was good, but fake runny eggs were unappetizing and there was no breakfast meat offered. For the price, and my experience at other similarly ranked Marriott branded properties, expected better. Pass.

  Nice newer hotel

  Room was nice and big, clean and well apportioned. Conveniently located close to the highway and restaurants. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Walk in closet, coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

  Excellent Stay

  My husband and I had a great stay here at the Springhill in Sugarland. We came to check out the area beacuase we are moving down here from New England. After a few nights, our flight was cancelled several times because if the storm. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and professional while dealing with us having to extend our stay. They have all worked tirelessly night and day to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Shout out to the entire crew for their friendliness and professionalism during these rough times. We are specifically thankful for Veronica (front desk girl). She was extremely helpful and friendly and was willing to help with whatever the need was. While hanging out in the lobby we witnessed how the crew dealt with isssue that arose and were highly impressed by the entire staff. They all deserve praises and raises for their hard work. Well done Spring Hill, Sugar Land staff!!! Jasmin Thompson

  Great service from staff!

  The wife and I came here for a weekend stay from the Northeast. It happened to be during the worst winter storm of the century. This staff stayed there... trapped! I had to ask because the same people were at the front desk for several days. There were no rooms available because of the massive power outages, and people were being stuck in their homes in the frigid temperatures. They all remained professional and hospitable regardless of even some rude guy going up and yelling at them for something minuscule compared to The fact that people are sleeping in cold homes. Shout out to Veronica at the front desk! She was much more professional than I would have been! I'm very impressed and would definitely come back here.
