  Great hotel, great location

  I spent three nights as I explored the area and Door County. Great location near Packers stadium. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very disappointed by the water orange and a muffin breakfast. Boring a d not at all the standard one expects at a Springhill Suites. I will stay again.

  Security Incident / They just don't care

  We recently stayed here for one night. During the middle of Saturday night, there was a major security incident next to our room involving a civil disturbance and a weapon to the point the police were called and drew their weapons to enter the guest room. While I realize it is not the fault of the hotel that this happened, it was how they reacted or lack thereof. THEY JUST DONT CARE and never asked once how we were doing! Instead the night employee Maria just gave me and another family member an attitude on three separate occasions. She didnt care about the fact of having us visibly shaken at 2:35am, hear screaming and things being thrown and to witness police with their guns drawn in the hallway. Instead she just wanted to defend that there was no weapons involved (really with 4 squads responding and she was in the lobby at the time). Its all how you handle the situation and this is an epic fail. I even offered Tara the GM an opportunity to respond to no amicable avail as apparently it is acceptable for guests to be displaced during their stay. Instead of a positive calming stay, WE ARE ALL LEFT WITH EMOTIONAL SCARS. Consider your options in the area and make the better choice.

  First visit, Mostly Clean and Comfortable

  First time Ive stayed at this property. The front desk staff was friendly at checkin and accommodated a concern I had. My room was a king on the top floor and faced Lambeau. Semi private sitting / living area with TV. Bed was comfortable but my aging eyes could go for a few more inches on the TV. The room was clean and hotel appeared to be taking reasonable Covid precautions. Remotes were in plastic bags and a couple alcohol wipes were provided. Like far too many Marriott properties they have gone to shared toiletries hanging in the tub. I hoped and wished Covid would kill those, it hasnt. Breakfast wasnt stellar but was offered. Limited cold grab and go items. There was a coffee maker in the room, which was nice... but only one packet.

  Stay

  We spent New Years Eve in Green Bay and Tara made our visit that much more memorable. This hotel was so close to Titletown. It was clean and very welcoming, especially in a time when everyone is so stand off, due to Covid. Our visit here felt like we could live a little again, with face masks and social distance. Tara was so accommodating and went above and beyond. Outstanding service and a great way to start 2021!! Highly recommended this hotel.

  Not the Same

  Just returned from staying at Springhill Suites. Carpets in Hallway and room were dirty, stained, way below normal Springhill standards. Do not know if staff was cut do to covid. Stayed 2 nights and we left hotel in early morning and returned after 5 pm and halls had not been cleaned or even vacuumed. Just not standards we expect at this Hotel. Had been our favorite place to stay. Told person at check out and she said nothing, so, I wonder if this in new standard for the place. Beds were good and check-in was great, but will think about our next stay.
