  Overnight stay was a very pleasant surprise

  We were concerned about staying in any hotels during COVID-19 times, but we used Marriott points to stay here overnight en route to Phoenix. Wearing a mask through the lobby was not a hardship, and we found our room to be very clean. The desk clerk did not mention breakfast, nor our extra Bonvoy benefits. I tried, unsuccessfully, to call the front desk to ask additional questions. Then, I went back downstairs to find the answers to our questions. I was able to pick out snack items then. We had brought our dinner along, and the wooden tray by the sofa made dining in room easy enough. Without pillows, the sofa/bed was not comfortable for sitting, as the back cushion is quite far back. We found the television positioning is not designed for easy viewing, but we managed anyway. Everything was so clean, and it made our stay stress less. The manager had offered a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon-served by an employee from behind a plexiglass shield. Hot sauces were available for the eggs, which was great. Otherwise, they offered cereal in boxes, yogurts, milk, and some juice. Coffee service was on a separate counter, much like usual. Tables were spaced out well in the lobby, and employees cleaned each area after people left the breakfast area. This hotel does a very good job of following the COVID-19 rules to protect everyone. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

  Nice and clean but pretty limited

  The hotel breakfast, which you pay for in your stay is (as of Nov 2020) currently only cold foods. Also, less than 50% of the time, when I called the front desk, did anyone answer. Kinda inconvenient when I was trying to get a wake-up call (no in-room phone set-up to do it yourself).

  Stole $150 from me

  Stayed here for 3 days for work and was charged $150 for smoking!! and the thing is I dont even smoke so thats why Im leaving this review they will still money and say Oh well and nothing you could do about it!!!!!

  Best stay of the entire road trip

  Stayed one night at SpringHill while on a multi-day road trip; definitely the most pleasant stay. The property is relatively new and very close to I-40 but quiet. Clean and sanitary lobby and dining area with helpful staff. Yes, the breakfast offers a limited selection of items but this is a hotel catering to those just passing through and there are a large number of restaurants within walking distance, including a Starbucks. Like a couple of other reviewers, my only issue was when I called the hotel several times directly to make a reservation and no one answered. I finally had to call the Marriott main number to make the reservation and they were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a nice refrigerator/microwave drybar area. There was also a washer/dryer room within a few doors from my unit and you could purchase detergent and softener from the front desk.
