  Easy access location, felt recently updated

  The furniture in the room was updated. The beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have more hanging options in the bathroom given there is a pool and jacuzzi. Both were not super warm while we were there, but someone spoke with the staff and they worked on making them warmer. Breakfast was ok... typical Marriott fare. Not sure what the hotel would be like in warmer months with such close proximity to the dump.

  Nice stay

  While visiting relatives in Rochester Hills, we decided to stay at the SpringHill Suites in Auburn Hills. It is located off Lapeer Rd north of The Palace. Our stay here was pleasant. Check-in went quickly and without problems as did checkout. Our room was large with a separated seating/desk area. It was clean, the towels were soft, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were ample. The sink/counter area was separate from the shower/toilet area and did not face directly into the room. A complimentary breakfast is provided. Hot items included scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles; cold items included cereal, yogurt, sliced fruit. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. All in all, it was a pleasant stay at the SpringHill Suites Detroit Auburn Hills.

  Would stay here again.

  We found this to be very convenient to find from the freeway. This was a clean and quiet place to stay. Breakfast was very good and the eating area was very clean also. We would stay here again. Rooms were comfy also.

  Good for business

  The property seems to be new as property is very clean. Checkin: checkin process was easy and staff was friendly Room: very spacious room and clean. Comfortable bed and a walk in closet - at least in the room I had. They have smart TV so you can log into your Netflix account. Noise level: My complaint here is that the walls/ceilings are very thin. You can hear people walking on the floor on top and easily hear conversations from the rooms next to you. If you are a lite sleeper, than this place is not for you. If your neighbour is in the shower, you will hear it - just hope that he is a better singer than I had Breakfast: good buffet breakfast, typical like any hotel with hotel in the class

  Traveled during Covid-19

  Only real complaints were 1) we were supposed to have a king bed, ended up with one queen, 2) the A/C would blow freezing air then shutoff until the room was too hot. The staff did a good job. Provided a To-Go bag breakfast since they couldnt have the normal breakfast buffet. We appreciated that. Due to Covid-19 they couldnt do housekeeping while the room was reserved; cleaned only after each checkout. Several people staying at other hotels said their hotel didnt offer any type of breakfast. Good lighting, large room, comfortable bed and pillows.
