  Buen hotel

  El hotel esta en muy buena locacion cerca del mall y restaurantes. El desayuno que esta incluido muy completo y a pesar de que estaban dos equipos de beisbol hospedados al mismo tiempo nunca falto comida y el personal muy amable.

  Buen hotel, falta limpieza

  Hotel con buen servicio Falta de limpieza en las habitaciones no limpian el baño solo cambian la toallas, ni aspiran la alfombra El aire acondicionado frío en extremo y muy ruidoso . Buena ubicación aunque lejos Del Mar Buen hotel para ir de fin de semana

  Very Comfortable

  We were here for one night. Very lovely property in a good location. Very friendly staff at checkin. They knew my profile and already had me in a room on the floor I prefer. Very comfortable bed. Decent Marriott property breakfast.

  Good place to stay.

  The hotel is on a busy strip with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Staff was great, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had your standard buffet fare. Front desk was wonderful, put us on the quiet side and let us decide which floor we would like. Definitely worth the price and then some. Parking was easy and plentiful as well.

  Staff A+, Overall Experience - Meh

  We stayed here one night and I should note it was the first Friday of the first weekend of Texas' spring break. If the hotel wasn't sold out, it was pretty close to it. - Staff (Kristal) checking in was great. I did see that there were lots of kids (was told a football team) around and asked if we could be located a bit aways from those chunk of rooms. Kristal understood and put us on the 3rd floor (they were on the 2nd). - The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain on checkin. The manager (also great) came up and fixed it right away. Given how busy the hotel was I appreciated he did this quite quickly. It was minor issue that he resolved right away (thank you!). - Room was of average cleanliness. - I like that Springhill doesn't use the prepackaged shampoo, etc..but the dispenser in the shower was out. - One reason we picked this hotel was for the EV destination charger. This was not working and based on reviews has not worked since March of 2020. Marriott please remove this as an amenity of this hotel. I will call next time I book anywhere to confirm. - I'm not sure what the staff could have done, but even though we were on the second floor, the kids staying at hotel were running around, opening/closing doors, etc..(especially outside our door) till 1:30/2am. If I had to do it over again I would have called down (which I didn't). It wasn't a single room but many and in the hallway. It did bring down my review as we slept horribly for one night but note this is most likely a one off issue and not necessarily the fault of the hotel.
