    Nos hospedamos aquí en un viaje de negocios, el hotel y las habitaciones limpias, el aire acondicionado y calefacción muy ruidoso y hay que apagarlos en la noche para poder dormir bien, el desayuno es horrible, bien ubicado

    Segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y sigue siendo de nuestro agrado. Acogedor, bien ubicado, personal amable, limpio. La única queja que tengo es q no hay más que almohadas altas y son incómodas para los que nos gustan las que son planas

    First time at a SpringHill Suites

    We stayed here because my son was staying here with his hockey team. So were 4 other teams. It was quiet at night. This players have early games. Which was great. Room 619 was had comfortable beds and bath and sink area were clean. We didnt use the pullout sofa. The AC in the room worked great. I rated the hotel a 4. I feel like the staff here were great. The hotel does need a facelift. It is old. The bath area is in the hotel room so its not private. The suite part is great. There is a table. Wet Bar with a Refrigerator and Microwave. The Shower pressure was good. Our floor in the bathroom felt like the tile was coming up. But it was new. The 2 bedroom suite were full beds too. They were not Queen Beds. So its snuggly if you have 4 people. At Breakfast they had yogurts, muffins, bagels, eggs, meat, oatmeal etc. it was fine. They also have a great sundries shop with beer and anything else you may want to snack on or meals. Very convenient location and great parking. Didnt use their pool or workout room.

    Disappointing stay

    I really like the Burr Ridge area and this hotel is a quick drive away from some very good restaurants, like Eddie Merlots. But the hotel had some issues. I was greeted by a desk clerk that had no enthusiasm at all. No welcome, no details, just the minimum information. Our room had coffee supplies but no cups. Not otherwise a bad room. My biggest issue with the hotel is that they had 2 liter bottles labeled Purell Advanced Hand Sanitizer - Refreshing Gel that contained something clear liquid that was obviously NOT a gel hand sanitizer. Could have been anything for sure they were using the purell bottle and something else inside.

    Jackie at front desk is the best!

    Before checking in I knew I had an issue with my reservation through a third party. Fortunately Jackie at the front desk was on duty. She patiently listened to my issue and offered to help me resolve my problem. It took a while but she made sure I got the resolution I was seeking. And she did it all with a smile! I am grateful that Jackie exceeded expectations for my stay at SpringHill Suites. The customer service is exceptional!
