  Muy buen hotel, todo nuevo en excelentes condiciones, tanto la habitacion como los pasillos y la recepcion. Ofrecen muy buen desayuno, el vecindario es bueno y sobre todo ofrecen parqueadero ya que esta lejos de la congestion, pero accesible a donde quiera desplazarce de los demas lugares turisticos de NY.

  Very Nasty Front desk/ and General Manager

  The front desk agent was very rude and nasty, definitely was treated as a Gold Elite customer and the manager Steve was nasty as well so I see why his agents are nasty. Will not stay here again. The sheets were dirty and tried to blame on my family. I will not stay again after stayed here before and similar things transpired. I see why the last manager left and went to another hotel and he was very professional and assisted me in every way her could. To this day if he availability I would have went there instead. Moving forward it is a lesson learned..

  Decor beautiful, needs service improvement

  Modern lovely hotel nestled in a residential and business area In a lively suburb. This all suite hotel is located near many stores and restaurants. The rooms are large and well appointed, refrigerator, microwave, sofa, desk area. The bathroom was spacious and stylish. Bathtub was extremely slippery and dangerous. Every time we entered or exited, we were warmly greeted by hotel personnel. Huge negatives were the pool was out of order and no housekeeping service for the duration of our stay. We were told to gather our towels in a plastic bag and bring to the front desk for replacement. No plastic bags provided to empty filled garbage bins. Due to these factors, three stars, with housekeeping service and an operating pool it would have been a solid 4.

  Absolutely Beautiful Hotel

  For a winter vacation to the New York City Area, my Father and I decided to stay at the SpringHill Suites In Carle Place. We were looking for a comfortable and economical hotel to stay at that boasted a variety of amenities. The SpringHill Suites checked all of our boxes, and, it ended up succeeding all of our expectations. As Gold members with Marriott, we have had the opportunity to stay at all different calibers and tiers of Marriott properties. We have come to rely on Marriott to provide a familiar, welcoming, and inviting experience. After a day touring the Bronx and other suburbs of the city, we commenced a grueling drive in New York City rush hour traffic. Despite its location in Central Long Island, we found the drive to be quick, manageable, and fairly seamless. Upon arriving, we were happy to come across a beautiful building with flawless grounds and a welcoming atmosphere. Upon walking into the lobby, we were blown away by the contemporary, warm, and elegant decor. We had the opportunity to check in with a lovely attendant who greeted us warmly and wanted to ensure we were happy and content at the beginning of our stay. Each and every single staff member we encountered during our stay were absolutely lovely, and it was clear to see that they all took pride in providing the best experience as possible for all guests. Upon arriving on the top floor, we were greeted by an inviting, airy, well-lit, and elegant corridor. Upon arriving at our room, we were blown away by how beautiful and modern it was. All of the furnishings were stunning and seemed brand new. The entire room was immaculate beyond words. It smelled very clean, and each surface had been meticulously cleaned, organized, and sanitized. The room was not only functional but, it also boasted many luxurious amenities that elevated the holistic experience. The wifi was exceptionally fast, and, there was a user-friendly business center in the lobby. The property also boasted a beautiful indoor pool, a fairly small, yet functional fitness center, delicious and extensive breakfast offerings, and complimentary parking. The location of the hotel is ideal, and its access to nearby parkways makes getting around seamless. The hotel is a short drive to the Roosevelt Field Mall, which was beautiful and boasted abundant offerings. There are also wonderful dining options within a very close radius. Overall, the SpringHill Suites Carle Place was a beautiful hotel that boasted courteous, gracious, and attentive staff members, wonderful amenities, and an ideal location. I look forward to returning the next time my travels take me to Central Long Island.

  Comfortable stay

  Staff was friendly at check-in. Had some problems with the bathroom sink draining water slowly and also problems connecting to the enhanced internet. Called frontdesk and both issues were addressed promptly. Excellent customer service. Room was clean overall. Bed was comfortable. The shower glass doors did not do a good job preventing water from leaking out. There was a small gap at the bottom where water is splashing out which soaked the towel on the floor. Breakfast was the usual hot breakfast consisting of pastries, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, etc. Staff greeted me while they were around the breakfast area. I had to leave early the next morning and did the mobile checkout without any issues. I would stay in this property again if I'm ever in this area. All staff I met were friendly and provided great service where needed.
