  Outstanding Customer Service!

  Every member of staff we encountered at Springhill Suites was extremely friendly and helpful. They were especially kind to our little boy. The facility was very clean and smelled like they were making every possible effort to sanitize regularly. The room itself was lovely and very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to our next opportunity to stay there!

  Fabulous hotel.

  this is by far the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed! Every area was immaculately clean, especially our suite. My husband said hes been in hospitals that weren't as clean as this hotel was. The entire staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The shuttle driver picked us up on time and drove us to the football hall of fame, then returned later to get us and drive us back to the hotel. Very professional staff.   Wonderful Marriott Property!

  Originally opted to stay at a sister property, but chose this one due to close proximity to everything. This property was immaculate and one of the nicest SpringHill Suites I have stayed at. I checked in on the app 2 hours earlier, and when I got there, they had my room and keys ready. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Lobby is cheerful and inviting, with modern decor and a well-stocked Pantry. My room was roomy and well-laid out, and smelled amazing! It is nicer than most SHS I have stayed at. The bathroom was amazing, with a walk in shower and large, well-lighted modern sink/vanity area. The linens were large, thick and more that meet Marriott standards. There was a large walk in closet, and the thermostat was easily located on the wall and easy to operate. Room lighting was plentiful, and there was a very nice area with microwave, mini fridge with freezer, Keurig coffeemaker and ice bucket with real drinking glasses. The seating area and desk were very nice and very clean, with no stains or damage. Marriott beds and pillows are the best, and these did not disappoint! This 2 Queen suite had ample space between and around the beds, as well as a roomy bedside table where you could plug and charge your devices. Carpeting was very clean and well-maintained. Everyone was masked, maintaining distance and there was ample signage, from the front door throughout the property, to remind you of safety precautions. Breakfast was offered, in a made to order fashion. That luxury was missed by this guest, at other properties, during the earlier months of the pandemic. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Canton. Its rated on TripAdvisor as number one in North Canton because it IS the best! Whether you get a booking discount or pay rack rate, it is worth every dollar. Kudos, Marriott. You have a winner there!

  Great Stay

  Wonderful staff and service, especially front desk staff and breakfast staff. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Our room was very clean. We will definitely come back and highly recommend.

  Great customer service!

  Kimberli at the front desk went above and beyond her normal duties. I requested to reserve a community room for a swim team dinner, but the room was already reserved. I told her of our difficulty finding a dinner reservation for our team during our stay. She called local restaurants to find a reservation for our team. Kimberli is truly dedicated to providing an excellent experience to clients at this hotel.
