  Habitaciones amplias y cómodas

  Me encantó la decoración del hotel, muy moderna y juvenil. Las habitaciones muy amplias, y camas muy cómodas, todas con un sofacama matrimonial que te saca de apuros si van mas de 4. Si vas de viaje de negocios o por pocos días lo recomiendo.

  Needs better show head.

  My only complaint really is the shower head. Can say breakfast but cant really give it a review because it was limited due to the beer virus going on. Bed was comfy my main issue was the shower head and limited adjustments. But Id come again if in town.

  Lacking Customer Care

  Pros: Clean, modern, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, good soundproofing between rooms. Cons: No breakfast, not even coffee. Suppose to have grab and go bags but they said they were "out" by 7 AM. Coffee in the room but only had 2 coffee cups (we had 3 people), only 1 packet with sugar, creamer, and stirrer. Spa wasn't working. Pool is small. Construction on the roof right above us started at 8 AM, very noisy! I don't think I would stay here again.

  would like to make you aware of multiple unacceptable issues we had at a recent stay at the San Angelo Spring Hill Suites by Marriott on July 2-July 3. We picked this hotel as we had always had great experiences with all Marriott brands and assumed it would be clean especially during the Covid Pandemic. I have never on my life experienced so many wrong things in a hotel...any hotel ever. I would like to say the lady at the front desk and the maintenance guy were very nice. She did try to fix the issues but the issues were greater than she could fix. Room 1- metal curtain rod cover had fallen and was hanging half way down. A/C was making a horrible noise. The maintenance guy removed the falling metal curtain piece and moved a bench that is by the a/c. Did not make it cooler. There were kids hand prints on the lower mirrors and bathroom mirror. There was black long hairs in the tub and a drop of what appeared to be blood. We were told we could move to another room. So we got all of out belongings and moved to a smaller room. It looked better but still hair in the tub, the curtain was hanging down, the phones were filthy the a/c was filthy AND the left over food and silverware from the last person that stayed in the room was still on the shelf above the microwave. OLD FOOD and USED SILVERWARE from the last people there!!! So gross!! Then the TV did not work. The lady at the front desk had to come hook it up. So many thing wrong not just one. I have never in all my years seen anything like it. We also had rented a second room. It also was dirty but my family just stayed in it. Long blonde hairs in the sink, no bathroom light and dirt...actual dirt on the window ledge. My thought goes to it is a Pandemic and the rooms should be extra clean....but as dirty as these were I doubt the sheets etc were even changed. I did make the lady working aware of all the issues. She was very nice but said they have had issues with the cleaning crew and need to do training. A mask mandate was in place and guests were walking around everywhere and hanging out in the lobby. I expressed my concerns and was told that were waiting for their signs before they enforced it. All of this was unacceptable and kind of unbelievable after 50 years of staying in hotels. I could not have been more surprised that this was how any part of Marriott would do business.

  Horrible Stay filthy terrible customer service

  My sister and I both booked rooms for the weekend here. I checked in before her and when she checked in she was turned away since you over booked so we weren't able to stay in the same hotel for our family getaway. In addition to that our room was dirty... There was blood on the sheets on one pf the beds, no towels, no hand soap in either restroom and an old bar of used soap in the shower. I asked the front desk to change rooms and was told there wen't any others available. My son had to go down and get towels and a clean sheet. The grab and go breakfast was a joke old fruit apple juice and a tiny muffin. I understand due to covid there can't be breakfast like normal so that wasn't a huge deal for us but everything else was awful and we will never stay here while visiting family again.
