    Dont Be Fooled by the Pictures

    So my family drove 12 hours to this hotel. The room with two beds are barely doubles, and the room is oddly segmented. The tv can be barely seen by the bed closest to it as its supposed to be shared with the front room. The bathroom has random hairs on the floor. I would not recommend for families.

    Nice clean place

    Nice place in the heart of Longmont. Nothing fancy. Rooms were clean and the breakfast good. Staff was friendly and helpful. "Mini Suites" let you have a "seperate" sitting/working area and bed area. Easy walk or short drive to just about anything you need.

    Very nice staff, great location!

    The reason we stayed here was a funeral but we stayed 3 nights for just staying close to family. We had a suite and 1 bed then we changed it to a suite with 2 beds. The front desk was very accommodating and helped us very fast and very efficient. The breakfast was always good with lots of variety! The oatmeal with all the fixings was So nice, and the grapes with cheese was a nice touch. The coffe was right as you walk in, water, hot cocoa etc. all the time! The bed was very comfortable and the rooms clean. Overall very good! Would stay again.

    Nice and polite staff, bathroom with hair and dusty floor

    We stayed in August 2020. We arrived at about 9.30 pm and checked in. In the room we found out that it was a room for handicapped people. It looked slightly different than on the pictures - we were not made aware about it by check in. Moreover, on the bathroom floor, there were someone´s hair. We felt like the bathroom was not cleaned properly and that made us feel uncomfortable about the rest of the room - especially because of Covid19 situation we expected the cleaning standard to be higher. What is their current cleaning standard if you find dirty bathroom floor? Does anyone checks the room before you let guests in them? I swiped the floor and went to show it to the front desk. We asked if it was possible to change the room. It was not - the hotel was full and we were given the last room. So I cleaned the bathroom floor with the toilet paper. This was not a great start of our experience. In the morning we were making coffee in the room. In the machine we found old coffee package - probably from previous guests. That raised our concerns again - the coffee machine probably was not cleaned either. How can you clean a coffee machine and leave the coffee package in it? The rest of the room looked clean. The hotel manager offered us to change the room the next day, when we were out for the day in the National Park. The other room looked like on the picture they advertise and bathroom floor was clean and the room looked clean as well. It also had nice mountain view. However, we were staying only one more night, came back late from National Park and decided that since we already stayed in the handicapped room previous night and were planning to leave very early in the morning, it would be too much of a hassle to move, just to sleep in the other room. We asked the hotel manager if it was possible to compensate us differently for the issues with the room. He agreed to return part of the points for the stay. Other than that, the room was good size and the bed was comfortable. We left early in the morning and the guy at the front desk offered us to take some items for breakfast - even though it was not the breakfast time yet. We appreciated it. Btw - dont expect too much for the breakfast. It is covid time, so it is packaged juice, piece of fruit and bagle with cheese. We found out this to be a standard now for other hotels as well though. Few days after we came back home, we found out that the hotel manager returned to us 250 points, which is worth approximately 2 USD. Seriously? We wrote about this experience to the Customer Services of Mariott - we were hoping that the incident was rare and they do clean the rooms properly. We did not want to leave a negative review, but wanted to address the cleaning issue. It has been a week and we did not hear from them. So we decided to share the experience this way.

    Dirty/old

    Place is falling apart. Cracked tile. Missing grout. Paint touched up with wrong color. Window not see through. Horrible tiny potty. Super small sink area. Pool room small and dark. No hot tub. Very very unhappy with this hole. Paper thin walls . . . We heard noise next door till past 3 am
