  Hospedaje agradable

  El sitio está retirado de Boston (45min) pero si la distancia nos es problema les agradara el sitio, es muy acogedor, el personal muy agradable y muy preocupados por que el huésped este bien, lo único es que no tienen Rest y si llegan tarde tendrán que escoger las comidas congeladas que tienen en el lobby a precios de hotel Es súper relajante ya que está alejado de todo y la vista es campestre

  Really pleasant front desk staff

  Greeted immediately upon entering lobby, very pleasant front desk staff! Was acknowledged and thanked for being a Marriott elite member and they noted that there was complimentary chocolates, a snack and small VIP waters left in the room for me. (Note that these small waters are different than the $5 Life Waters that are available for purchase in the room.). The layout of the room is a little different than the newer Springhill Suites Ive stayed in but was comfortable. The beds are only doubles; queens would be more comfortable if there is more than one person to a bed but I dont think they would be able to fit queen size in these rooms. The bed closest to the window is extremely close to the through-wall HVAC unit but I just used the other bed so the air wasnt blowing right on me. One of the bath towels had black crumbly dirt on it, very obvious and not sure how the cleaning staff could have left it there. The toilet was extremely slow in flushing. The hotel was really quiet but appeared to be light on occupants when I stayed. The hotel sits back in a corporate area but is really easy to get to from the highway.

  Clean, nice and comfortable

  Hotel suite-style room was clean, nice, and comfortable. The hotel is behind the Residential Inn; took us a couple of loop before finding Springhill. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good for us, we needed just one night stay, easy on-off from the highway. The breakfast to go options (because of COVID) are good and adequate; Option 1 - egg sausage muffin or Option 2 - bagel w/ cream cheese - plus a fruit, and a drink (apple juice, oj water).

  Nice place to rest our heads

  We visited our daughter and were out and about most of the days. The hotel is located away from the hustle bustle near some commercial businesses and a nice green area. The hotel was quiet and comfortable with a helpful courteous staff.

  Springhill Suites Boston Andover

  Good hotel. Clean and quiet room. The heater/aircond was a bit noisy , especially bothersome at night. Nice staff. You have to pre-order breakfast and the selection is covid style, limited and not very nutritious, but we did not expect too great of a feast due to the pandemic anyway. Other than that it was pretty adequate.
