  Great place to stay

  This hotel is convenient to everything in Bentonville. Easy to get to off the interstate. It is a great place to stay. We came to Bentonville to go to Crystal Bridges. It was a handy place to stay to get there. The folk behand the desk wqere very helpful giving directions.

  Weekend getaway

  Stayed here with my husband and 3 kids (9yo and 8yo twins).This hotel was clean, had pleasing decor and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was just fine and there were plenty of options. The kids enjoyed the pool. Pool area was always clean with plenty of towels. Hotel pics show a hot tub but it was actually closed, which was kind of disappointing. Dont know if they are just remodeling or removing it altogether. The suite was an all right size. With the sofa bed pulled out it was kind of tight to get around. Sofa bed wasnt the most comfortable but was ok for a 9yo kid. The most annoying thing in the room was the placement of the tv. It was in between the sitting area and the beds. So it was hard for all 5 of us to watch tv together. And in some spots you had to really crane your neck to see it. The sink area was super small. So the counter was cramped with all our stuff. The shower and tub had nice pressure and plenty of super hot water. This is not a knock on the hotel but more of an FYI. It is right off the highway. But we didnt hear much road noise. Also it is on Walton Blvd which is crazy busy. So it took time to turn left out of the hotel, surprisingly took time to turn right as well. Plenty of options to eat on this road. Easy for us to get downtown and to Crystal Bridges. Overall a nice SpringHill Suites. I didnt want to spend a ton on a hotel room so this was nice enough for the price.

  Great Location

  Good hotel for the price. Clean & quiet even though it's near the interstate and on the busiest street in Bentonville. Room was a good size for 2 and bed/pillows were comfortable. I like that the sink is outside the bathroom so it can be used while someone in the shower. It is difficult to exit the hotel onto the street due to traffic but just have to be patient to make it work.

  Fall Break Get Away

  Took a fall break to NW Arkansas. This is a very nice hotel. Booked a king suite. Very roomy with a comfortable sofa for watching TV instead of having to sit on bed. Very clean during COVID. Staff was very friendly. Only down side is getting out of the hotel onto a very busy street.

  Hotel surrounded by amenities

  Good choice between many competing hotels and surrounded by restaurants, the Cracker Barrel is across the street and a liquor store within a couple miles. The hotel has a good fitness center additionally with free weights. The Crystal Bridges museum is close and a must see if you appreciate art and have the luxury and time of being a tourist. We've stayed at several SpringHill Suites and they all maintain a consistent and high quality standard.
