  Muy conveniente y con transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y estación de trenes

  El hotel está muy cerca del Aeropuerto Baltimore-Washington Internacional BWI, sus instalaciones cantan con refrigerador y horno de microndas. Lo que me más gusto es que te llevan a la estación del tren para ir a Washington DC y puedes visitar todos los monumentos y museos como los del Instituto Smithsoniano. Muy segura la zona por qué estás al lado de las oficinas NSA. Si vas solamente de paseo a Washington DC mejor no rentes carro por qué el tráfico se pone peor que en México DF.

  Don't stay here

  This Springhill Suites is a corporate hotel by Remington and I have to guess they don't care. I had to change rooms twice, first one smelled like bad feet. The second the air was not working and the room was at 82°. Third was somewhat ok except for the mode in the corner of the tub and the shower supplies are just sitting on the back of the tub not on the wall. Last month when I called I was informed everything was as usual. Their website states they have these amenities. I arrived today to find out, no shuttle and they won't reimburse you for the taxi like every other Marriott run hotel does. Pool is not open and breakfast is not being served. These were reasons why I booked here in the first place. If this is back to normal don't want to see what it's like when everything isn't normal. I will never stay here again.

  Do not stay at this hotel/homeless stay here during covid 19

  I booked a 2 stay stay at this hotel during Labor Day weekend... it does not meet the quality I would expect from any Marriott brand .. I understand Covid 19 has created some changes however if you want people to resume traveling you need to treat us like you care.. it was apparent to me that its used for homeless families during covid; while I respect this I also would expect the hotel availability to be zero while booking or I expect that certain floors are designated for this purpose. I understand they might not be able to declare this however, there are steps that you could take to ensure paying customers still receive quality. First night we were scared to leave our rooms as our room was directly across from a family that snuck two pitbulls into their room; it took several hours for them to control the situation both outside my door and then outside in the parking lot. Each morning we were given a breakfast that looked like a bag breakfast a shelter would hand out to children as it contained a child size HI in strawberry explosion flavor, small apple, non branded breakfast bar and a fruit cup. (note; i have traveled during Covid and i have received bag breakfast with quality similar to what they served in their lounge.) I am grateful that companies are able to help the homeless during this time however, i am a paying customer and should be treated with more respect and quality service.

  Great stay

  Stayed here last month and really enjoyed this location. I have stayed here before and have never disappointed. Great staff, clean and good location. Within walking distance of a few eateries behind the hotel. Due to current restrictions, pool was closed and no full breakfast as in the past, just boxed grab and go breakfast. Always a great stay at this Marriott.

  Great for a Travel Stop

  Nice place for a single night while on the road for work. Nice and clean with a great breakfast. Room was nice and large and Clean. Not a bad location close to BWI and the highways. Definitely stay again.
