  Perfect Balance

  They have the price, the comfort, and the service in great balance. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming. Overall great stay, and priced right!

  Comfortable stay

  Spent a couple of nights in our comfortable, clean room. We enjoyed having the kitchenette, couch area and our comfortable beds. Located close (walking distance or short drive) to restaurants. Short 10 minute drive to outlet mall, ikea, bass pro and more. 10 minute drive to RR multi purpose complex. Wed stay here again if in RR.

  Very Dirty

  Rooms are not being serviced, even by request. Hotel guests have to bring dirty towels down to the main lobby to get fresh towels. Even though the housekeeping staff are not doing daily room cleanings it doesnt appear as though common areas and high touch areas are being cleaned. Most of the hotel grounds were dirty, including the main entrance and rear courtyard. Bathroom sink backed up, in-room fridge had such an odor we couldnt use it, bathroom wall was soiled with some sort of splatter, only one elevator worked the whole time we were there. They are providing a small breakfast for all guests with a fruit, cereal, and cereal bar with your choice of milk or water and the bed was comfortable.

  COVID safety protocols great

  We were concerned about staying in a hotel or motel because of the numerous people who would have used the room before us. Inquiring about the Springhill's cleaning between customers we felt they would be as safe as one could get outside one's own home. The only negative is that instead of the buffet breakfast they had before COVID, they provided a sack breakfast with cereal, fruit, milk, juice, an energy bar, all lots of carbohydrates. If one wanted protein there is a McDonald's close as well as a Denney's.

  Amazing Customer Service

  We were without power for a total of 7 days during the recent winter storm madness in Texas. We searched high and low for a hotel room as our house was hovering around 40 degrees and we were miserable. All of the reservation lines that we called were booked out for days. One of the managers at the Round Rock location had posted on her Facebook page that she had a couple of rooms available since they had some people check out early. I saw a share of a share and reached out to the the manager, Ashtin. She had a room available and was able to book it for me then and there. She even was able to get us into a room hours before check in time. Not only this, the hotel allowed guests to bring their dogs, which is normally not allowed, due to the circumstances. We have small dogs and there is no way we could leave them at home during the frigid weather. Ashtin was off of her shift when our room became available but had Sierra personally give us a call to let us know we could check in early. Ashtin also messaged me making sure I was able to get checked in and advised I could let her know if we needed anything at all. The customer service that they displayed at the Round Rock location exceeded our expectations. Ashtin was a life saver and we are forever grateful to her and to the Spring Hill Suites staff for an amazing experience during a dreadful time.
