  Done with this place

  I stayed here a dozen times but never again. In fact Im dont with Marriott and will make sure my entire business is as well. I wont put up with some early twenties punk sitting in the lobby policing people on masks and refusing them service if they dont immediately comply with his wishes. This is off the charts offensive. Do you realize people traveling need help with fixing problems in travel which may include access to a mask. Done with Marriott. So terrible.

  Nice Place

  Nice, almost brand new, hotel. Breakfast was less than spectacular due to Covid restrictions (so tired of this) but the place was clean and roomy for the price paid. Good location as well. Only complaint was that a I couldnt completely darken the room, and the mattress was a little soft for my taste.

  Very clean and updated rooms. Made the visit more relaxing.

  Easy parking. Wonderful check-in with all the amenities explained. Clean hallway carpet coming out of the elevator. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows contributed to a great sleeping experience. Generous bathroom. Extra towels. Water was nicely hot. Room appeared clean and recently vacuumed and tended to. What a nice experience! Leaving in the morning, I filled up my coffee cup with free coffee from a pump dispenser. They have prepared bag breakfasts that help provide their clients with cold breakfast items during this time of Covid. They also had a few pieces of fruit and bagged cereal if one preferred to take from those. I was very, very happy with this experience.

  Great housekeeping by Claude

  Claude with housekeeping made sure to change everything out for us first thing in the morning. The hotel is EXTREMELY well managed. My wife and I enjoyed the service so much we stayed another night. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Erie.

  Covid restrictions are excusing nearly everything. No coffee in the morning (carafe without contents and coffee bar terribly dirty), no breakfast at 9:30 (it was only given out in bags from 7-9:30), and toilet had mold growing inside. Otherwise, staff was friendly, hotel was comfortable, and location is a stones throw from Zoes Kitchen and Lupes (walkable, even). Im giving this a lower score than normal because the hotel isnt going above and beyond to make up where they can for the crazy restrictions.
