  CDC guidelines followed and CoVid19 restrictions in place

  very clean property with friendly staff. . Very pleased to see the CDC guidelines being practiced and CoVid19 awareness and restrictions. Rooms were updated and WIFI signal was strong. This property is in a great location close to the Interstate highway. Excellent value.

  Business trip with group

  We had around 14 people as part of a group staying at this hotel. We had many schedule changes. The GM was very helpful to accommodate our requests. We had an urgent package coming and the staff kept us updated on its arrival. The hotel was clean and up to date with COVID protections.

  Great place

  Very clean very quiet hotel- away from busy roads but very close to interstate and shopping/restaurants. Staff was awesome- very friendly and helpful. COVID-19- great safety, very clean, everyone in masks. Was very happy pool and hot tub were open with timed slots. Pool was great- warm water. Breakfast not great but what I expected at this time.

  Warm Welcome

  I visited the Springhill Suites in Annapolis on December 15th and had a truly warm welcome by both Gabby and Emily. I was in the area and needed a place to get off of my feet for a few hours and they accommodated me with no hesitation. The coffee was hot, the room was clean and felt sanitized and the staff I met all greeted me with a smile; what more can you ask for. When Im in the area, I know where my Marriott loyal visits will go. Thank you! Rustin Moore

  Don't take your family here

  Stayed at this hotel for a couple days and really wanted to like it but ended up regretting it. Room was ok but the hole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. I mean it really stunk even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking place. My kids wanted to go swimming but it smelled like a drug den by the pool and I didnt want my kids to be around that so we never did. Mark and Pat at the reception counter were great, but it wasnt enough to make up for being a gross place. Felt like a dirty old motel. They had alot of hand sanitizer machines on the walls but most of them are broken. Breakfast in a bag was also kind of lame more like a snack so we just ate out. I thought marriott were supposed to be a nice place but guess this one is a bad apple.
