  Not following mask guidelines

  Nice hotel. They are going to great lengths to follow COVID safe procedures, but then allowed guests multiple times to hang out in groups in the lobby without masks on. They are doing sack breakfasts, but then also allowing people to eat in the lobby.

  Very comfortable overnight on Christmas

  Front desk clerks were helpful, and made this a welcoming experience for overnight. Our suite was very clean, and there was space enough for me to prepare our dinner sandwiches(we brought them from home). The television is situated strangely, so watching tv is a bit of a challenge, especially with no extra pillows. I made afternoon tea for us in room, using the teas provided at the front desk. We were given breakfast order forms, and had to designate a time to pick up breakfast in the lobby. We woke up earlier than planned, and went down to the lobby to see what to do. The desk clerk went to the kitchen to get milk for my coffee (coffee was behind the front desk). We waited a few moments while scrambled eggs and sausages were put in containers for us; the rest of our orders were already in bags. There were a few people in the lobby then, so we took the bagged breakfast and coffee up to our suite. It was not a perfect system, but did work for us. The location of this hotel and their parking lot seemed to be safe. That is always a plus when traveling.

  Fabulous Hotel

  This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! Beautiful rooms with excellent amenities including bluetooth in the bathroom mirror. Wow! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even during COVID, they do everything possible to make your stay a good one. You turn in a breakfast order the night before due to restrictions on dining. And bring ice to you as the machines are closed to the public. We were extremely impressed and will seek out this brand whenever we travel

  Good location, clean and quiet

  We were happy with our stay! Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant, good restaurants within walking distance, right off I25 and close to shopping. Hotel was clean, coffee available and breakfast was grab and go, but good.

  Covid road trip Mar 2021 to AZ

  We had car packed for two month road trip to AZ and wanted a safe place to stay and for safety of our car. Had read some sketchy stuff in certain areas of the city-and this Springhill had great reviews. It did not disappoint! Newer hotel and staff was great! Great northern ABQ location walkable to restaurants. Mexican restaurant right next door has great food and margaritas!
