  Pleasant owners, great breakfast, good location

  If you're wanting a nice place to stay in Harrogate, whether to explore the historic town or to use as a base for adventuring around Yorkshire, then Spring Lodge ticks many boxes. It's well-priced, with comfortable rooms and good facilities (renovated bathrooms, good WIFI etc). But the real kicker is the marvellous hosts, who provide a terrific breakfast to get you started each day, and are keen to help out to make your stay as good as possible. I'd definitely stay here again.

  an overnight stay

  We were really disappointed with the tiny room, also the bathroom. There were no towel rails or toilet roll holder, No hanging hooks for clothes in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite okay. Would not stat there agAIN.

  Comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast

  Stayed with a friend in two rooms, a twin and a double. One of the twin beds was very noisy leading to a disturbed nights sleep. However the other was silent so a switch the next night. The parking is on street with the need for a permit to be displayed (this is free/included). Turning in the narrow street proved to be an adventure but got there in the end. The hosts were very pleasant and served a good breakfast, including for my friend who is vegan and gluten intolerant. The location is within walking distance of the town centre and conference centre.

  Nice bed and breakfast close to city centre

  This guesthouse is on a quiet street within walking distance of the city centre. The accommodations were pleasant and the host was very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. The bed was too soft for me but it was a nice place to stay.

  Perfectly pleasant

  Stayed at Spring Lodge during an event at the convention centre and its ideal! Parking is available outside, location is 2 minutes from some excellent restaurants, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are very welcoming and all at a great price.
