  Little Gem

  Just back from a 2 night stay at the Spreyton, what a little gem of a guest house. Rooms are lovely, spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Breakfast was fabulous, choices available if you don't want full English, all freshly cooked and local produce. Parking available and only a 10 minute stroll to the sea front. Hayden and Wendy are just the loveliest hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be returning next time we are in Weston.

  This is one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in, the owners were brilliant and very accommodating, stayed in a lovely very clean and tidy room with everything you needed and more. A big bonus for me as I'm well over 6ft, I didn't need to duck to get wet in the shower, it's the little things. Lovely breakfast all ingredients locally sorced. Loved every minute will defginatly go back if I'm down that way. Can't recommend enough.

  Wonderful stay

  Had 2 nights stay at the spreyton. Links to the motorway is great via north or south.we parked just yard's away on a church property with a parking permit from the guest house.the host's are a lovely couple who can't do enough for you will helpful advice for the town shop's etc. Our room was on the first floor and very comfortable.with all you need even a shoe shine breakfast is brilliant hot and cold dishes and wonderful coffee.10 min from the pier etc.it was our 2nd visit and Will be back.

  A very ordinary B&B with a good breakfast

  First we were really put off by the greeting we had when we first arrived. We were given a coldly impersonal monologue regarding our stay - no cheerful welcome or enquiry about our journey. This B&B had been listed as hotel four star equivalent and with 'charm'. The B&B was decorated in a sea of beige. Our room was characterless although well equipped and comfy bed. Sadly this lovely Edwardian building had been stripped of every original feature. This B&B was immaculately clean and the breakfast was very good with all local produce nicely cooked and prepared. Overall, this B&B is very clean, good hospitality tray, well equipped but the lack of warmth and character left us cold.

  Excellent Guest House

  Just back from a 2 night stay in this lovely guest house. Had a warm greeting when we arrived, our room was on the ground floor and was spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby! Breakfast was superb. The owners Hayden and Wendy are a lovely couple who couldnt do enough for you. We wish them all the success for the future.
