  Ok hotel

  The location is in small town Itter On side of town Big parking lot Nice big building Receptioners are very occupied to do other things, inclusive to serve in restaurant Room is big enough for two persons Clean bathroom, but after first day we had to ask for shampoo refill The heating is very poor in room Restaurant is big enough , we stayd at the same table all week We had halfboard with breakfast and dinner Breakfast was ok with high quality orange juice and food. Dinner with salad bar and 3 kind of meal , including desert. But you have to wait some times half hour for dinner meal and desert Spa is good, but swiming pool not very clean . Water is cold and pool closing at 7 pm. Only one elevator in hotel, and you wait a lot for going up. Itter ski area is 2-3 km away from hotel, with bus station in front of hotel Bus included in ski pass , but not not coming in time or not at all in afternoon Ski area is ok , but the snow was smoothy and create problems. I am not gona return here. I will choose a glatcher zone , avoiding bad snow

  Reasonable 3 star hotel. Clean, pretty good food, nice sauna area. Friendly staff. But shutting down wifi between 23 - 07 hours is prehistoric. Another complaint: If the hotel is occupied you're at the same small table with complete strangers for lenght of you're stay. We certainly didn't like that!

  Average place, food ok but the most annoying is not to taking any card for paying diner..In 2020, this is crazy where the world is getting rid of cash. I had to go to the bank in front to pay. This is an hotel with 50 rooms so deliberate choice not to be card friendly. Personnel very nice and friendly

  Nice and quite hotel

  Just came back from a week long ski vacation to brixental valley. We choose this hotel as it was combined with ski pass of the region. The hotel was reasonably well, descent room size, bathroom was bit small but ok, wellness was also nice with pool, food and breakfast was also good. Choices of menu item was limited but was ok.The highlight was the service provided by peter, very fast, dynamic and took care of all our food related needs. Throughout the week he was right on his toes all the time. The only thing which i missed was a snack in the evening. So far all the previous resorts we have been provides this facility which is great relaxation when you come tired skiing all day, specially kids. Otherwise great hotel and very good experience. Recommended.

  VERY BAD HOTEL!!

  Hotel in bad shape: then only cold water, then only very warm water. Nothing works correctly: wifi goes on and off, bowling and darts is not working correct. Furniture is old. Dinner is very simple and has no good taste. The managers are not friendly, nothing is possible. This hotel is NOT worth the prices they ask! The skiing-area is NOT easy for starters.
