  Worst 5 stars hotel

  Definitely the worst five star hotel I have been ( considering I travel in 5 starts hotels every 2-3 months) 1. Very small rooms and not fully equipped ( air condition falls directly into the bed from which you can get cold,the window shutters very old and not working, not enough light, very bad bedsides lamps. -bed mattress are very bad quality and 3 nights I slept there I have terrible back pain 2. Toilets are spacious but for a 5 stars hotels there is a lot missing ( no shower gels everyday, no plate for the soap, not glass for the toothbrush and forget about toothpaste or make up sets) 3. Service super poor - if you have to pay with the POS , they ask you to pay the 2% fees of the bank and if you refuse to do so they insult and scream that this is the fees that customer have to pay for using a bank service - we asked the reception to come and fix the window shutters but the technician didnt fix and no other solution was offered. - no drinkable water offered in the room ( its a 5 stars hotel) -

  The best hotel in Dhërmi and Drymades

  Splendor is the best hotel you can find in Dhermi. With a complete range of hotel services, i found this place very friendly for both couples and families. Vali, the owner, dedicated herself to all the guests. The breakfast was fresh and fabulous, the restaurant with quality food and not overpriced like many restaurants in Dhërmi. The hotel is quiet and isolated with noise at night but you can go to Dhermi promenade in a 7 min walk (if you go by car you have to pay the parking) . The hotel offers a private beach available for free to the guests, a beach which offers a better experience being never overcrowded. I ve been in this place several times and was happy to find the same good food quality and it really felt like home. Would definitely reccommend this place to anyone.

  Quality Hotel in Dhermi

  Great hotel just on the edge of Dhermi 'beach front'. Easily walk-able distance to the town and beach. You're in the middle of the two beach areas so driving around is very easy. Hotel itself is high quality. Was there two nights and didn't hear any noise. Pool was well maintained. Bar was kinda pricey compared to all other places in Dhermi. The hotel has it's own private mini beach which is excellent. Probably not a full "5 starts", if comparing to others in Europe - but 4 would be reasonable. Enjoyable stay!

  fabulous

  One of the few real 5star hotels in Albania that offers the full experience from the room, beach, pool restaurant and especially service! enjoyed it a lot and would highly recommend when visiting this part of the albanian coast.

  This is NOT a 5* hotel

  I stayed 2 nights in September 2020 and was expecting so much more. From the outside and at the first glimpse the hotel looks very nice, but unfortunately they have no idea what running it means. First, the road to reach the hotel is awful, you need 4x4 if you don't want to damage your car. I can't understand why they don't repair the holes, there's a fancy expensive hotel further down the road and none of them cares! Second, the garage is awful, leaking water, not enough space for all the guests. You can also park outside on the main street or right in front of the main hotel entrance as some of the big cars do (and with that make it difficult for guests to enter on feet, especially if you have all your beach luggage with you and kids - but again, the hotel doesn't care about that). Third, the room was OK, nice view, nice balcony, comfortable mattress and pillows, night lamps that are so rare in Albania (nobody reads anymore before bedtime?). On the other hand, there's no free bottle of water (at least the welcoming one if not offered every day), no tea/coffee maker. In the bathroom, there was a hairdryer, towels, slippers, soap and shower gel. No amenity kits. Fourth, the first day while I was having my breakfast, somebody entered my room, took a can of Coke, drank it and has thrown the can in the garbage bin. It was not the cleaning stuff since the room was not tidened (or?). When I reported that, the hotel stuff was replying with: but nothing is missing, right? It wasn't, but that's not a point. They didn't understand why I'm upset and kind of promised me they'll check the security cameras. I honestly think they couldn't check that since it's questionable whether the security system is even working. In the end, they told me none the cleaning girls entered and they had no idea what happened. 'But nothing is missing, right?' Last, having this bad experience I expected the hotel would offer me a compensation, a free coffee at least. No, in the end, they charged me full prices, even a coffee and water I ordered by the bar, and on the top, paying by card, there's 2 % extra. I'll definitely won't enter that hotel anymore and I don't recommend so to anybody. But again, I think they just don't care...
