  Very nasty experience

  I can't believe that this hotel has a grading of 3 stars next to its name. Recently i was booked at the hotel for 2 days, some of the rooms don't have door keys. Apparently their machine for cutting keys has gone for repairs. When allocated a room, you are told that each and every time you want to go into your room. You have to be accompanied by a receptionist to open for you. Because of this funny arrangement you are forced to make a lot movement, in and out of your room. in that you don't want to be a nuisance to the staff. Some of the rooms are dirty. Conference internet connectivity is limited and only given 30 minutes access. Maybe there is a need to review their grade.

  Worst experience in hospitality industry

  I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Filthy, waiters not trained. Drainage pipes interlink and smelly.Underground parking smells like a sewer drain. Reception staff poorly receptive to guests.

  Worst accommodation in the world

  To call this place a hotel in a injustice to the meaning of hotels The place is old and dilapidated, the hotel stinks, carpets in the room is dirty, there is no shower doors and I waited 7 minutes this morning for hot water. The aircon would have been better if they pained it on the wall. The selection, presentation and taste of the food at dinner and breakfast was so bad that we all ended up going to another place to eat. They dont have filtered coffee only instant. this place is not worth the money we have spent on the accommodation. The pictures on the website must have been taken when this hotel was built in the 17th century. The only think worthy in this place is the view of the ocean and that stunning breeze that blow from the ocean.

  Horrid Establishment

  Probably one of the most shockingly run establishments in East London. Terribly rude and unprofessional staff with the biggest of attitudes. Horrid rooms. Dirty carpets. Terrible odour. Photos on the site are extremely misleading. Extremely old and in need of a massive refurbishment. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere if ever looking for accommodation in East London, this hotel should be on the border for a complete shutdown.

  Oh wow, I have no star to give, this is shocking!!!

  This is the worst hotel I have ever seen, I mean who gives grades to these establishments, I have never seen such dirt, I check in and out in 10 minutes, don't say you were not warned. No Aircon, No Shower, old TV sets, dirty carpet, room smell terrible, oh wow! oh wow!
