  great space - wonderful island

  Hilton Head is unique for it's wide beaches, amazing amount of outdoor dining and terrific golf and walking trails. Spinnaker is special for it's townhouse condos with the feel of your own space and the golf course right outside. The pool is lovely and the beach is 5 minutes away - Paradise!

  Visit during pandemic

  We could not have been more pleased with the extra steps RMI took to ensure our unit was properly cleaned and disinfected during this difficult time. Check-in was at our car and when we had a minor maintenance issue the repairman was masked and gloved. We felt very safe.

  Spinnaker at Shipyard

  Always the best here, we love the bicycles, and the best of the Island. Had a heat issue and Tina got our unit fixed quickly. Had great fun at the pool. Our unit was clean and large, the beds were great. Hope to come back next year.

  Great Way To Start Off the New Year

  The stay was relaxing and fun to spend a week with my friends. I was surprised at how much we did during the week on and off site. The accommodations were excellent and anything that didn't work, was fixed immediately without inconvenience. I even bought a unit for myself so now I can entertain friends and family for years to come being only a drive away from my home.

  Perfect unit and location for two get away during Covid.

  Our check-in was hassle free and quick. Our unit was clean and had a nice equipped kitchen. The large windows gave lots of natural light even on colder days you cold enjoy the beautiful blue skies. The bike trails on the island are the best. We had a great week!
