  Amazing Stay

  I stayed in this hotel with my husband recently. At the beginning it was only for spending our time on our short holiday away from the busiest Jakarta. Turned out, my husband arranged a surprise for me as my birthday was also in the same day on our arrival. I didn't expect that actually. It was a nice surprise and the hotel staff arranged everything was so nicely. The cake, the singing and the beautiful set up for our room. All was wonderful. Not too mention, the hospitality. We so much enjoyed our stay and have nothing to complain. Keep up the good work!! and thank you so much for everything.

  Great hotel in Sukabumi

  It is centrally located, not far from train station. It has nice restaurant attached, the staffs are nice, and everything is at the price that you cannot complain. Sparks at Odeon is a very recommended place to stay in Sukabumi.

  Nice New Hotel

  For a new hotel dat barely a year old its pretty good. Starting from when we parked d car , a staff greeted u immediately & ushered u 2 main lobby (he is old but yet i think he is d best staff of your hotel & could become d face of d hotel. He is very helpful. He was also there helping us with d parking & recommending best porridge to try when we left). Theres a open air cafe in front of d hotel which quite nice (I havent tried it) situation wise. Check in was ok. We were put in room 502 but on d third level of d hotel (usually the first number of the room correspond with d floor) so it can be a bit confusing. Lift was big although d overall hotel a bit snall. Room was ok. A couple of suggestions : 1. Add more hanging space (gantungan) in bathroom 2. Add more private individual lights at both sides of the bed so 2 people can do two different activities such as if one person want to sleep and d other still want to read 3. Add 1 more pillow would b nice 4. Bed a bit hard Other than that everything quite ok for a new comer. Will i b back ? Most likely

  Great stay, friendly and accommodating staff :)

  Came back after 3 years and the hotel has seen plenty of great improvements. Staff is still as friendly as ever, more breakfast food than before, hairdryer in the room, and the bed is very very comfortable (got 10 hours of deep sleep) bathroom was clean beautiful and the soto from room service was amazing. teras kopi definitely got a huge upgrade! definitely a must stay if youre in Sukabumi. Keep up the good work!

  So far Amazing!

  It's my second visit here in Sukabumi. Last time I've stayed in Horison. It was my worst experience ever, nonetheless the GM Mr Charlie Budiman is a very arrogant and has zero positive attitude. However, what Sparks Odeon did for me have recovered and healed the painful experience I had. This is really personal and I would give six stars for the extra mile services they provide. From the ladies at the counter who really love their job as I can see they are friendly, courteous and always greet with an extra smile. The guys are full of energy, positivism and they too are very nice. The Front Desk Manager is a great man and has potentially shows friendly leadership. It doesn't need to be luxurious or expensive to get amazing services. My biggest recognition of what I've noticed are the housekeepers. I inspect every inch of my room normally when I come back from outside and every single day my room is fresh, cleaned up nicely, I can tell they cleaned the bathroom very well. The tables are wiped nicely. The spark up my room that i felt so comforting that I need to extend two more nights here. I still have a few more nights, but and I'm still enjoying everyday of my hotel stay. Thank you so much for everyone and keep up the excellent services.
