  Great apartment in a great location

  We spent 4 nights in apartment 301. Firstly, the location of these apartments is excellent, they are very close to the Plaza del Sol and within walking distance to most major attractions. The apartment 301 consists of: 1. A living/dining room with 2 Windows and juliette balconies onto the street (3rd floor). The windows are double glazed and as such prevent any street noise from being heard in the apartment. There is a good quality double sofa bed in this room. 2. A main bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. 3. Another bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe. 4. A bathroom with toilet and shower. Hairdryer also supplied. 5. A fully equipped kitchen. A welcome pack containing some basic supplies of milk, olive oil, vinegar and potato chips was a welcome surprise. 6. Another toilet. The wifi in this apartment is very good. All bedding and towels are supplied. The apartment is clean and modern and the building is secure. There is an airconditioner in the living room and in each bedroom. It felt like our home away from home. There is a flight of stairs to get from the street entrance to the elevator which you take to get to the third floor. The host was waiting for us when we arrived and was charming. We would stay here again.

  Muy buen lugar

  Un departamento muy bueno en relación calidad precio. La ubicaciónes excelente. Seguro, cómodo y limpios! Súper completos, juegos de toallas y toallones, maquina de café, microondas, lavadora de ropa, y toda la vajilla que puedas necesitar.

  Céntrico y muy cómodo.

  En el mismísimo centro de Madrid (la Puerta del Sol está a 100 metros), con todo a mano: metro, restaurantes, tiendas,...Es un edificio rehabilitado que mantiene su antigua fachada, pero que dentro consta de apartamentos modernos, luminosos, limpios y muy cómodos. Los dormitorios dan al interior con lo que el ruido exterior es nulo. Camas muy cómodas, cocina muy completa, dos baños, limpieza y excelente atención del personal. Apartamentos muy bonitos y nuevos. De lo mejor donde me he alojado en las variadas ocasiones que he ido a Madrid.

  Great apartment in a fabulous location

  We just spent four nights in apartment 301. Jorge greeted us at the door, showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips on what to see in Madrid. He was helpful and professional. The apartment is in a fantastic location. With a medium level of fitness you can walk to many of the major sights of this beautiful city. At the bottom of the street are many taxis, a metro station and a stop for the hop on hop off bus. The street is closed to traffic at the moment and is being paved. The area is very lively, but the apartment is quiet. The property, whilst quite old, is beautifully renovated, modern, clean and well equipped.

  Great central location with some minor issues

  The apartment is located in the center of Madrid, only a minute walk from Puerta del Sol. The apartment has a big living room and dining place and a well equipped kitchen with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a big fridge. While the apartment itself is not small, the bathroom is tiny and the shower is too close to the toilet and stepping out after a shower may be challenging for some. Moreover, the apartment is arranged in an awkward way. The kitchen and the dinning table are in opposite sides of the apartment so that there is a long corridor to walk between them. There is some noise from the other apartments and the bed rooms are quite small. The bed mattress is very hard Overall, it is a good apartment with some drawbacks but the excellent location is unbeatable.
