  Relaxing Retreat

  The hotel and rooms are spotless. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay from catching a movie, to escape rooms or just relaxing in the sauna. The facility is insanely spacious with beautiful floor to ceiling windows throughout displaying the beautiful outdoors surrounding the property. I would definitely return.

  Perfect stay

  Had an excellent experience at this resort like stay. The rooms were extremely comfortable. Great amenities and a variety of great selections to choose from for entertainment. I highly recommend this stay.

  Perfect meeting venue

  Our working team decided to get away from the capital for a couple of days just to focus on planning and team building. Someone suggested hotel Sveitsi so off we went. Myself I was a bit sceptical, but as soon I arrived I got good vibes. The hotel is situated beautifully in the forest on a hill just a few kilometres outside town. The people in the reception made me welcome and the service was fast. The hotel os originally from the 70d, but has gone through a fully renoovatoa few years ago. Everything felt very fresh and well maintained, still maintaining some of the 70/80s atmosphere. The room contained everything I usually expect on a business trip; good sleeping comfort, iron and ironing board, mobile phone charging by the bed... The meeting facilities were good enough and the off time activity possibilities just fantastic. There was an indoor swimming pool long enough for training. Additionally there was therapy pool with warm water and slides for the kids. The big outdoor pool was closed due to the season. We decided with the team to have dinner in the hotel instead of going downtown. I usually prefer going out for dinner, not having it in the hotel. It turned out to be a good choice. The hotel's restaurant Tila was just great. Happy smiling crew serving good food. The meny didn't include any big surprises, but it was extensive enough that everyone from our team found something Myself I had a spicy shrimp pasta, which was really delicious. The prices were really reasonable. The breakfast was more or less a sta nondard continental one served in most of the Finnish hotels. No real surprises, but for sure something for everyone. The check out went also very smoothly. Finally I think it's worth mentioning that there's a cinema with several rooms and several movies running every night. Didn't try it out. Furthermore there's an indoor activity park for kids and yoingso that seems to be very popular among the local. Overall, this was a really nice and pleasant stay.

  Excellent stay with my daughter. We just loved the room, junior suite that we had. Nice forest view, great bed, allthough I spent most of the time in the sofa, while my daughter spent the time in the bath. - which was quite enough ,so it didnt bother us that the waterpark was not yet open. Great outdoor activity possibilities and walking paths. Everything was superb!

  A piece of Swiss in Finnish

  Frankly, we ran into some issues upon check in. We were promised a room with a forest view and they did not deliver. We did eventually get things worked out. So, they recovered pretty well. We had spa = swimming and sauna = included. However, this was shared with a public pool/spa facility. The swimming pool and area was a bit worn out. Changing rooms were okay. Breakfast: okay. Nothing special. The highlight was a waffle maker. No custom-made or alacarte orders possible. Dinner: basically only 2 options available. Overall, the options were thin on the hotel premises and there were no options within walking distance. Back to the accommodations: the rooms were spacious. Well-kept. Seemingly newly renovated. Staff were a bit terse, and quite normal for Finnish standards. All in all, the stay was decent. The best part: forest and other outdoor activities are a stones throw away.
