  My holiday

  Me and my family had a wonderful time being there it was a nice little trip to montenegro,we were enjoying everthing accept going back to Great Britain,we'll come back anytime.My kids and i loved the pools they were amazing,thanks for the great service. I recommend Spa Resort Beii to everyone!

  Wonderful stay - staff are 5 star

  Had a week at the Spa Resort with my extended family, occupying 3 rooms. The resort is a lovely family run, small hotel. Dee, the manager and his team are wonderful. The way they look after you is 5 star. The breakfast is ok and the menu for food at the resort is good. The rooms were excellent and very spacious My only grumble is the air conditioning wasnt great and despite reporting it, it didnt really improve, however Dee did provide fans to help with the heat at night. Great place to be based to enjoy the pleasures that Montenegro has to offer.

  Best food in Budva

  We stayed for a week and the restaurant is open for all-not only the hotel guests. It was the best food we got during our stay in Budva. Can highly be recommended. Furthermore, we rented a luxury apartment which was really nice with ocean view. The only thing missing is shampoo, shower gel and pool towels. Otherwise the rest was really really nice.

  Avoid - not worth the money + had to pay 40 for "missing" towels and glasses when leaving

  Maybe there is a spa and a gym and a sauna, but we didn't see it, nobody mentioned them or showed them. You could have ordered a massage by calling a local phone number, but I have no clue if the person would have come to the premises or if you should have gone somewhere. - Wifi was superslow or didn't work. - You could pay only cash and had to pay every time directly at the restaurant, so you coudn't put it on your room and pay in the end. - Breakfast was 7 types of omelet or corn flakes (choose one only).. - The appartment was ok, no clima in one bedroom though. A chair was broken, the clock on the wall didn't have batteries. Several lamps didn't work. The tv didn't work. - When leaving, an older cleaning lady accused us first for loosing two towels (the thing was, first day we had 6 big and 6 small towels but day by day they changed them for fewer and smaller, so in the end we had 4 middle-sized and 4 small ones). Which we obviously had not. Then she said we had stained them. As she said that, I realized we had got stained towels the last night, but we didn't bother to complain as we could manage without them. She accused our children for having played with them on the terrace... After that she claimed that 2 glasses were missing. As it was a 6 person flat, there should be 6 glasses. We had 4 glasses from the beginning. One we had broken by accident, but before we had the time to report that, it had already been replaced. But now she claimed there should be 6 glasses... The funny thing is, that there was also 4 cups etc, but that didn't seem to be a problem. It was no use trying to argue with this cleaning lady and the poor, young receptionist girl who were sent to discuss this issue so we payed 40 euros (!) for this stuff we hadn't lost or stained. Really not a very pleasant end on our holiday at this place. Don't know if it was the cleaning lady's way to get some more money (which is kind of sad as she would have gotten the same money in tips if she would have waited :D) or if it is the hotel's way of doing business. The boss of the place did try to ask us if there was a problem when seeing we were not too happy, but we were too pissed off and just left. The only positive thing were: The pools were ok, mostly clean and the kids loved them. Restaurant staff was friendly and food good. Also the receptionists were friendly, even if their English was poor. (They did't know anything about the touristical attractions, but had to call the tour operators about every question). Location is great though, 10 minutes to the beach, short with taxi to Budva (prices can vary though depending on company and driver...). But unfortunatelly there is no way we can recommend this place.. We payed 250 /night for 4 persons. It was N O T worth the money.

  Good quality for the money you pay

  The rooms are really spacious, the staff is nice and easygoing. And I was surprised that the pool is still working even the high season is gone. A lot of hotels I visited in this trip and most of them had an empty pool. So good job guys ;)
