  It's wrapped up in the aroma.

  Spa Land is a stone spa. Roryu is done there four times a day.It's a steam bath and you pour aroma water into a stone heated tub.Steam is stirred and changed to hot wind.Then we sweat a lot amounts .We can feel healing in both our minds and bodies with the packaged smell of aromas.

  totally disappointed!

  its not our first time here but we dont actually stay here for overnight.since i booked for 2 rooms some additionals like children costs 3yrs above will be 2000yen plus 500breakfast,we still paid for that.even they cant provide additional bed! 1 thing is for sure, costumers are most for just spa and sauna...some doesnt mind if there are bad staffs or INAPPROPRIATE in their jobs! they think customers just come and go and if they did wrong it understandable! But wait! it wasnt just once,during my stay.i remember one girl from the counter who even doesnt say sorry like a common japanese people say,but most importantly,she was a staff! other thing was a group of staff who inserted their stuff first before the customers who are waiting in elevator. some discussions was happened... i tried to explain but the man said to me "DAMATTERO"! wow! they were the staffs in that hotel or maybe they were working for a play in the 2nd floor in spa for a show.....But i dont think that's the PROPER WAY to have an explanation or to depend their sides! I DONT THINK THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE OR TO ACT MORE THAN THE customers access and comfortability to the hotel! not adding that someone with me has a problem with walking or koshi no byoki....totally sad....i cant wait to checkout soon! NOT GONNA COME BACK AGAIN!
