  Perfect hotel in the perfect location.

  I loved the hotel. It's situated right in the middle of town and everything is convenient from here. The park is a ten minute walk away. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and modern, the view is great. The hygiene is very good. I really loved the spa center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, the works. There are a lot of additional procedures and massages which I also recommend. The restaurant is a great place to eat, the food is delicious. The breakfast is plentiful and diverse. All in all, I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely return.

  Great location, not so great indoors

  The location of the hotel is great - right at the start of the pedestrian zone. The spa area is nice, clean and well maintained. The rooms however are quite small, what with us adding a baby crib made it very tiny. A friend of ours got a room (also small) on a floor where right next to his room renovations took place. I would strongly advise the hotel management (hope they are reading this): DON'T give out rooms on floors with renovations! Dirt and materials everywhere, NOT OKAY!

  I highly recommend it

  Best location, car parking, clean renewed rooms, friendly staff! The restaurant is fully changed with nice atmosphere and delicious food! There are thermal Indoor and outdoor pools in the SPA with mineral water! This is my favorite place for holidays! I recommend it!

  Perfect

  Very classy hotel with exquisite restaurant. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Recommend in Sandanski. The spa is nice, bog swimming pool. The best location in the centre of the city. Highly recommend this classy hotel.

  Coffee and cake

  If you want to visit or take a sit at this beautiful hotel in the morning, you should take a jacket because its freezing outside in the morning, the service is good and the coffee acceptable. The deserts they have are ok, my family and I tried all types and I can say that the Red Velvet is the top of the three.
