  Hotel agradable pero para 5 estrellas que tiene tiene que mejorar cosas

  El hotel está bastante bien en general. EL desayuno es completo y hay instalaciones tipo spa. La habitación está confortable. La discoteca y la bolera están muy bien. Lo peor es que la el agua de la piscina hace que lloren los ojos al meter la cabeza en el agua (recomendable gafas), quizás sea el cloro o los propios componentes minerales del agua. Se quedo el dni de uno de los viajeros en recepción y sabiendo de quien era no avisaron para decir que lo tenían allí.

  Impaired accessibility, yet nice

  This is a modern hotel, 10 years old, is tastefuly and spacious decorated. Our room was specially designed for desabled with comfortabe toulet and roll-in shower, but no barrier for the water, which flooded the whole bathroom in each shower. One can tell that a thought was given to accessibility of other parts of the hotel, but this could be done better. For example, two parking spots where assigned for disabled, but one was occupied by bycicles and ATVs (pribably for rent). A holding bar was installed near the entrance to the restaurant, but it is too low for a standing person (desidned for wheelchair users). Yet the hotel is nice abd the staff is kind and efficient.

  good and quiet hotel

  the hotel is very nice. clean and big rooms comfortable bed refrigerator . very good spa and inside and out side pools. very big jacuzzi and 2 sauna.the breakfast is very good and the staff is polite and speaks good english.

  Don't expect a genuine 5 star hotel experience

  Summary: Pros + Spacious, warm and clean rooms, large bed, cozy furniture + Decent spa if you aren't too choosy (regular sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, ice dispenser, a bit undersized swimming pool, tiny jacuzzi) + Nice breakfast at least to my taste. It's not very (although you have to be cautious about the croissants. My girlfriend found two dead cock-roaches in one) Cons - The shower drain was clogged and kept getting clogged every day, so I had to unclog it each time we took a shower. The sink stopper was also stuck at first and I had to fix it. - It's really a strange decision to fix the fixed shower head lower than the handheld shower head. I'm 184 cm. and I didn't consider myself very tall, but I hit my head into the fixed one several times (I also hit my head in the shower enclosure top which was about 180 cm. tall), and my girlfriend couldn't reach the handheld (she is 160 cm.). - Apparently, most of the guests received wine and fruits as a compliment from the hotel when arriving, whereas all we got were two packs of tea and two 10 grams chocolates. - Refrigerator was so noisy we had to turn it off every night when we got to bed, since we couldn't sleep, because of the noise. - One of the bed lamps remained glimmering even after I turned it off. The emergency light above the door also shined very bright and, in the end, we decided to cut off the power to the circuit breaker from the fuse box. This solved the refrigerator and bed lamp issues also (however, there's a smoke detector over the bed and has a constant flashing light that remained flashing). - Room is either very hot, or if you open the window it gets quite cold. There's no third way, although I tried to tune the air conditioner. - There's not a single wall hanger where you can put your towels/bathrobes. There are hangers in the wardrobe, but you wouldn't want to put your wet robe next to your dress or shirt, right? - The swimming pool can't accommodate even a fourth of the people staying in the hotel. Water temperature is about 26-27C - The hotel has 2 restaurants but you can get your breakfast in only one of them. On the 2nd day of our stay we waited for more than 10 minutes for a table to be vacated. - We went for dinner in one of the restaurants only once. What we got? A bread with literally frozen crumb, which could crush your teeth, and for dessert - a yoghurt with blueberry jam that didn't have any yoghurt in it, but some tasteless white mass. - As mentioned above, in one of the croissants that the hotel buys from somewhere else there were 2 dead cockroaches. I'm pretty surprised she didn't vomit when she found them out. - Both our room cards stopped working on the 3rd day and while it seemed it was due to a system issue, because many other residents experienced the same problem at that moment, we were accused by one of the rude front desk women that it happened, because we were keeping the cards near our mobile phones. That was obviously not true and her attitude wasn't very polite or helpful, but whatever. - A very few parking spaces, around 10-12. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel and it seems that we were quite Zen at the time, because we still had a good time with my girlfriend, despite all the issues mentioned above. I would be furious in any other time if all this had happened.

  Always luxury

  A place to stay as a habbit for 5th yeat in a row. Only problem this year was the repairs in the town's watery system. After a morning lack of water for the next couple of days the water in the pool and in the room was not hot. That was not an issue in the previous days. Otherwise wonderful location, rich breakfast and plenty of things to do in the area.
