  Fantastico ,puro relax y genial para los niños

  Me encanta el Dvoretsa ,ya hemos ido 8 veces y cada vez que viajamos a Bulgaria estoy esperando la visita al Dvoretsa .El agua mineral de las piscinas es extraordinaria ,la zona para niños muy buena ,el Spa es maravilloso y los tratamientos ,masajes,etc son estupendos. La comida del restaurante es muy buena y en verano hacen barbacoa en la terraza de la piscina . Es un sitio excelente para descansar y pasar unos dias mimandose y en familia. Está a un paseo corto del centro de Velingrad muy recomendable. Espero estar por alli este año entre julio y agosto , Ciao

  Obvious decline

  In fact this is an update. I like this hotel and visited it many times but this time signs of decline/decay were obvious. They claim to be a five star hotel but it is not. One of two jacuzzis was not working, jets in one of hot tubes not working, life guards are a joke, keeping warm inside the building and totally ignoring what is going on outside (apart from one), and there is no room service menu. To order something you have to go downstairs to the restaurant, get a menu, chose, go back and wait. Breakfast room overcrowded and it took me 10 minutes to get a sachet with green tea for the in-room cattle. Pity

  Poor hotel

  Went there a year ago. We were planning to stay there for 3 nights but we stayed one because everything was terrible. Cold room, poor breakfast, cold pools outside and inside the hotel. One of the jaccuzis outside wasnt working. Really dirty spa and pools. Only staff were nice and friendly. Not coming back for sure.

  The reality didnt live up to the expectations

  When you book a 5 star hotel you expect a luxury setting, great SPA services and amazing food. Sadly none of these were to be seen in this hotel - the rooms were nice, but they were more suitable for a 3 star rated hotel. The pool was quite small, the mineral water was rather cold and the Turkish bath and the sauna were just okay. We had both breakfast and dinner included in our stay but both were quite disappointing - at dinner most of the things were obviously frozen mixes, not at all good cooked. The breakfast consisted mainly of pastries and the only freshly prepared food was eggs - and they were not delicious as well Its a nice hotel but it definitely doesnt deserve the 5 star rating - therefore its being totally overpriced. Would not recommend it.

  Recommend despite some improvement points

  Very nice hotel overall. Clean and warm pools, good food and good location. Definitely will be visiting again. It does not get a full rating from me because of 1)bad internet connection I the rooms 2)AC in the room wasnt cooling down the room enough (I dont know if it is centrally managed or just the thermostat in the room didnt work properly) and 3)electric bikes being rented out by the hotel were not well maintained (the breaks did not work well). Big applause, however, to the friendly and helpful staff.
