  Loved it!

  Came here for a short get away with my auntie and loved the place. A bit of a mix up at the start with our reservation, but everything was sorted out pleasantly. Nice rooms, good service, nice spa and treatment. My aunt still talks about it. Would come again.

  Place Like Heaven

  it is the perfect destination for relaxing if you would like to relax and relief stress then Dr irene iris Spa is the perfect place for you , you gonna be back to nature and relieved there you can find All types of relaxation starting from nature , Spa , Gym , swimming Pool , Playing Area that includes Bowling and billiards and dinning room with Pianist and singer at morning you can have a horse riding with Decent Mrs.Olga through the nature of forests around you , ican't mention how expert the massage is , also the complete solution for restoring your beauty they are really experts Regarding the Breakfast & Dinner they are perfect in everything and very fresh Crew is very helpful , rooms are over clean as well as the bathroom , room service are more than wonderful and they setup the bed for you every night and leaving a piece of chocolate over the pillow :-) at the resort shopping Kiosk are present you can find your need there , the only disadvantage you face is that they don't accept Euro you have to deal by the Polish Currency (Zloty) but i really enjoyed my stay there and wish to be back soon for it

  Very peaceful

  This was our second stay at Dr. Irena Eris hotel and we were wondered if it is the same high standard as in the hotel in Polanica Zdrój. And we convinced that it is. We really enjoyed our stay and relaxed in spa and in wellness area. Surroundings are amazing and peaceful. We ate at restaurant Oranzeria and also we ordered food in the room and everything was very delicious. The only thing which wasnt perfect was the mattress - it seemed old and it was too soft for us.

  Very comfortable hotel with some issues with queues during breakfast and mask discipline

  The hotel is what you would expect in a 5 star facility. Very clean and large rooms, comfortable beds, etc. The spa area is also very nice and clean with lots of choices between pool, jacuzzi, sauna (just one Finnish sauna for the whole hotel though). The location is not what you would expect when you think about the mazury region. Basically you are in the middle of nowhere with no lakes in sight. Nothing to see within bicycle or walking distance either - just crop fields and a forest here and there. You need a minimum of a 30 minut drive to get anywhere decent. However this may not be important if all you need is to spend all day in the hotel itself. As mentioned the quality of the hotel is definitely 5 star, however breakfast is basically a typical canteen experience - you stand in several long queues to get your meal. And it is additionally uncomfortable because your are stuck in the queues with many people not wearing masks. In the 3 days I have been there I have not seen a single request from staff to wear a mask at breakfast (only in the reception area where no crowds are present anyway). Would I repeat my stay? Probably not - I would opt to find a similarly priced place with more options to do during the day and located in a nicer area.

  Little heaven before Christmas

  I spend only 3 days in this place, but it was the best weekend before Christmas. Comprehensive care and relaxation allowed us to get rid of the stress. Beautiful environment. Cosmetology institute at the highest world level. Also delicious dishes.
