  Perfect anniversary weekend

  My wife and I celebrated our anniversary spending a weekend in this Spa Hotel. And we were nicely surprised! The Hotel has this simple luxury feel, the rooms are thought to detail, the Spa area is relaxing and has amazing views... We even got massages and they were great. On top of that, the food was exquisite! Breakfast buffet couldnt be better and both dinners were something to remember. Staff was nice and helpful all the time. Special mention to Ewelina, our waitress Saturday night and Sunday morning: always smiling, personalizing her attention and showing that she was enjoying her interaction with all the customers. She made our experience even better! If you are in this part of Poland, I wouldnt doubt I, this is the best hotel to stay.

  Pierwsze wakacje w Polsce od 6 lat.- First Polish vacation in 6 years .

  I'm going to shoot strait that's my job. Spa services and hotel staff way above standard , location and food five stars -no joke its excellent I was born in Poland and remember that taste of cold cuts ham and other breakfast specialties. Just one maybe two things what kills me its ...please make your staff I mean every body more engage with people and talk and listen maybe some old snobs and stiffs they like be treat like invisible but this its old school of hospitality business.Second please do some face lift on older section hotel , bathrooms balcony and rooms need refreshing and install mosquito screen on balcony doors.Whats the point use AC in room when I come for fresh mountain air and cant use-balcony door just because no screen and room its full off flying creatures.Guys thanks for great vacation please don't take my comment wrong way but that's my honest opinion.   For everyone

  Hotel Irena Eris recommended me my friend who has been there earlier. She said that she spent there great time relaxing with her family. So I went there. That was my best decision. Beautiful hotel in even more beautiful place! Everything was perfect: food, service, rooms with great views, big swimming pool. My younger family members had so much fun there. Like my friend I also reccomend it from the bottom of my heart! For family, friends and lonely trips.

  Spa day for a new mother

  My husband booked two days for us in there. I was spoiled for a day. Full of beauty treatments. Staff very nice. Rooms very clean, luxury but good taste. I recommend it for girls trip or couples. Lovely winter in there too! Hotel in the ski resort. What else do you need.

  Wonderful Family Weekend in Hotel Spa Dr Irena Eris

  I stayed with my mum in Hotel Spa Dr Irena Eris with an aim to have some cosmetic treatment for face and body over the weekend. It was my first ever stay in SPA hotel so I was amazed by localisation of the hotel - in the middle of woods - welcoming stuff, amazing treatments, great swimming pool with an outdoor jacuzzi and tasty breakfast served on terrace with a view to cable car to Jaworzyna every morning. In overall the entire experience was great and I fully recommend you to be a guest if you still hesitate to book a weekend in this Spa Hotel. The only drawback during the entire stay was way of serving "Raspberry Mohito" as it was very difficult to sip a drink with paper straw till the end. Maybe Margarita Drink type of glass may help for the future. My advice. ;) Thank YOU!
