  Sitio espectacular, con un gran bufet

  Estuvimos hace poco, es un sitio estupendo para pasar una semana. Su bufet es variado, el personal muy amable y atento. Florian nos ayudó muchísimo dándonos información sobre la estación de esquí y las rutas para ver el Mont Blanc. Me encantaría poder volver algún día.

  Great holiday

  Excellent value for money skiing holiday with our grandchildren. Holiday fell outside school french holiday dates but within UK ones and was therefore excellent value for money with an all inclusive week that kept the "extra" costs to a minimum.

  Stay in MMV Monte Bianco

  Positif: animation is very good for kids and adults. Negatif: - building is not well setup ( 2 differents levels, no easy parking. Parking spot at the hotel (extra fee) are very narrow. Could not park my car) - bathrooms have serious humidity issues. - plates, glass, etc... not clean at all ( need to choose at least 3 cups or glass before finding a "correct" one) - we initialy book this hotel for the spa/wellness but due to the lack of cleaning, we did not go.

  Good value at a terrific spot for a ski holiday

  We have visited this club hotel with a group of friends on New Year period. The location was good, just 350 m from the gondola, easy to reach. We had rented skis from the hotel, and the ski rental shop is Skiloc at Bettex middle Station, so it was good not to carry the skis to the hotel, but left them at lockers there. The ski area is wonderful, many pistes for all levels. The hotel is outdated though, needs a good renovation. The manager & his team tried their best to fulfill all needs, with entertainment, but it was pity that they only spoke French, not trying to entertain the English speaking guests. Food was adequate, but repeated every day, with not many choices, too many vegetarian options, low quality. A daily soup would be best, especially on a mountain, that you really need hot food, more meat options, or local specialties. The special fondie dinner was a good option for 1 night & was very much appreciated. We are used to have a special night with music on New Year's Eve, in every hotel we have stayed, but nothing special was organized, just a dance by the theater. There were some special activities at the village for this night, fireworks, etc, but we were not informed about, even if we asked. The head lady of animation was shouting loud during various activities, which was annoying, we asked for a lower volume of the microphone, but nobody cared. Instead of entertaining, it was annoying. Reception girls were very helpful, a bonus for the hotel, as well as the bar woman, which sang very well too. Overall we had a nice ski holiday, but had to visit the village and even drive to Megève to find some entertainment.

  Great holiday at MMV Monte Bianco

  We had a great week at the MMV Monte Bianco in February 2020. It was a very positive first experience with the MMV type of holiday and I can only second many of the recent reviews. Spacious room with big balcony and nice views. Good choice of food and plenty of it (although sometimes a bid bland in taste and 'kids options' not very varied), good location for getting to the ski lift and to the village. Cosy, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. But the staff really made the difference. The kids club team was amazing, a very active, engaged and talented group. It was clear that the manager had an eye on everything that was going on. This particular MMV club will be taken over by another company next season, but we will definitely be coming back to another MMV Club in the future (especially if we can meet the same Kids Club team).
